The condo was very nice, great furnishings, comfortable beds, fabulous balcony. The resort has great amenities and the staff was super friendly. It was a great value for what we paid.

Clean property and in a nice area!

The room was clean, but looked nothing like the listing. It was supposed to be ocean front. It was not. It was very outdated and located off to the side of the building. We had a view of the ocean, but definitely not what I was expecting. I would have chose a different place had I known that this was NOT ocean front. I was told there were no 2 bedroom condos available ocean front. Very disappointed!

Front desk checked with us during our stay several times to check if we needed anything.

We were in town for a collegiate softball tournament. Accommodations were comfortable, spacious and clean. Parking is tight in the parking garage area of the property, but there is a parking lot located across the street ( we didn't realize this until day 4 of our stay). If you bring a taller truck or lifted vehicle it may be necessary to park there. Overall an excellent stay.

We arrived later in the evening after our long drive. The front desk was very nice and got us checked in very quickly. There were activities available daily and enjoyed sitting out by the firepit on a clear night. It was very relaxing and refreshing. Hopefully will stay again in the future.

I most say the unit was up to date and well maintained. The pictures representing the unit are stock pictures and may not be of the unit you will be placed in. Overall great experience and we would most definitely stay again.

The suite was updated and clean. Ocean front view is really great. I only wish they let you choose the view when booking.

Beautiful view of the ocean!! 2 bedroom / 2 full baths with a full kitchen and living room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Renters be ware. Rented unit based on pictures but found out too late that even though the resort is listed as “oceanfront” not ALL units are ocean facing. Ended up in a 2BR unit with a limited side view of the ocean. The details mention that the “view may vary” but I do not feel I needed to confirm my unit would have a good view of the ocean. Very disappointed. I would not have rented here had I known I could not be guaranteed a good view of the ocean.

Condo was well maintained. Quiet, may have been due to the time of year of our visit. Would stay again if ever on the Atlantic side of NMB.

The property was nice and adequate for my small family. I did not like that I had to walk down stairs to smoke. Would like to have been allowed to smoke on balcony and have coffee and watch the scenery.

Stayed long weekend, absolutely wonderful room. Everyone very gracious and asking if they could assist. Has large indoor pool and other ammenities, minimal outside pool. Would definitely stay again!!

The service was outstanding, the place was very clean. A really great experience.

It was very well maintained, The room was great I loved the 2 bedrooms being separated. They had activities for the kids too which I enjoyed. The only thing it lacked was a real outdoor swimming pool it mainly indoors. I would rather they had one outside too. Other than that I loved it.

Good location

As with any location, there were pros and cons. The pros WAY outweighed the cons, so I'll start with the bad. This listing boasts an arcade and fitness room, neither of which exist. The only indoor pool is expected to be closed through June, and we were not told of this in advance. However, the staff explained to me it was necessary due to the ceiling caving in, and when they found out one of our guests could not go into the ocean due to a prosthetic leg, they offered for us to swim at one of their partners' pools. I found that to be very nice. Also, there was some type of grease or tar in the dryer in the unit. We did report this. We found a recycling bag under the sink on the day of departure, and were never told about recycling. Now, the good stuff. It was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better view. It was clean! We had a party of 4 and, while you could sleep 6, I felt that if we had any more people staying with us it may have been crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with appliances, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. They even have pots and pans and baking dishes, right up to measuring cups and spoons. Impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even called our room an hour after check in to be sure everything was in order. They have adorable activities such as bingo, and they offer muffins and juice on the lawn in the morning and margaritas and chips with salsa in the afternoon, all free of charge. The beach is clean and much more private than most others in the area. Overall, I would say this is probably my favorite condo that I've stayed in so far. I would definitely recommend it to others, and I will be back! Oh, and leading up to our visit, any questions I had, I would message the owners and have an answer in less than 24 hours. They gave me telephone numbers to contact them should I need anything, and it was very reassuring to have that emergency link when you're staying so far from home. The only improvement would be to have the pool open, but it's understandable that things like that happen. Otherwise, this was the perfect place!

The property was nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we got down there. But we had more than enough things to do. What a great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our stay. However, like others said, the pool is closed for the whole month and we were never told in advance. I had 3 very disappointed kids. Also, we weren't aware when we made our reservations, but this is a time share, and in order to get our parking pass, we were pressured to attend a 90 minute class. We declined, but got several calls during the week to try to get us to reconsider. The condo itself was very clean, seemed newly renovated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved the room!!!! It was a beautiful 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen supplies. The location is convenience to all shops, especially grocery stores. It is a quiet location which we loves. The amenity is not that great (only have one small in/out door pool). The check-in staffs are so friendly and helpful HOWEVER the timeshare staff is awful! I would pay for the parking if I can avoid them. It is such a hassle to just get my parking pass from them. I don't understand how many time that I have to say "no thank you" for them to understand. Check in at the front desk took less then ten minutes but to get the parking pass took 30 minutes. After you said no a couple times, they begin to be rude to you "saying stuff like "where you think you can get a free $200 gift card"? Which I've make it clear to them even if it's a $1000 gift card, I will still said NO! I am there on vacation not to be harass. I have to threaten him that I will walk out of here if he won't give me the parking pass. I don't think I will ever stay at Wyndham if it tooks me 30 minutes just to get a parking pass.

The staff from the moment we arrived were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even the cleaning staff made eye contact and asked us how our stay was going. The condo was perfect for 2 nights for 6 adults. If staying longer would definitely recommend max of 4 adults. The layout was awesome with the dinning space, huge balcony, and upgraded flooring, counters, cabinets, and showers. The unit is a corner unit and it has floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of light and ocean views from inside condo. The negatives:1) I accidentally gave them my maiden name to use for check in. I decided later I would like to add someone else to be able to check in and wanted to correct my name...$99 fee 2) the pool was closed for maintenance for the entire month of June, YES JUNE! Luckily it wasn't super hot when we were there so the pool wasn't a must, but would have been a bummer if we stayed longer. I would stay again and for longer next time.

Westwinds was very nice was disapounted the pool was closed durring my stay and was nit notified about this.also the ad says there is a game room and exercise room but they dont exist at this location have i woukd of known this i would not of stayed there.the employees of westwinds make your stay very pleasant with courtesy and hospitality with all the extras they offer the kids did enjoy that
