We just got back yesterday and felt the need to review this property right away. First off, the photos are an accurate representation of what you get. The place is beautiful! The location is incredible! The unit is loaded with everything you need. The owners thought of everything, there's too much to mention. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals is provided. There are tons walk-able restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, and more. The bikes were perfect to explore and get around with. The beach cart was a game changer for our family of 6. We packed everything in it and it was very easy to maneuver. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. We didn't have to buy anything all week. The pool was perfect for a dip after the beach and is right outside your back door. The ground floor game room was great. My 13 year old son practically lived down there. He went from swimming in the pool to playing video games seamlessly. The roof top deck was spectacular! Wonderful view of the bay and the boats. The August sun made it too hot during the day, but the nights with the breeze coming from the gulf were beautiful. The owners really thought of everything. I had to communicate with them a couple of times during our stay and each time was very pleasant. Well done! We would definitely stay here again!

The house and all the amenities were all wonderful! We felt very at home in this well equipped rental. Clearwater Beach had a lot to offer a family with older teens right in walking distance! Loved traveling 2 miles over to Sand Key for a quieter beach some days as well! Would definitely rent again. Owner was great and very easy to work with, highly recommended staying at this property!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. This is hands down the nicest place we’ve rented. Every floor had something to offer. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and watch the canal ( we were lucky enough to see several dolphin). The beach as well as several restaurants and shops were an easy walk away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Clearwater Beach area!

My family stayed at this property in early June 2024. Honestly, our favorite times might have been those we spent at this townhouse! It was a welcome respite from the heat and humidity. Even the ocean wasn't refreshing; it was more like a warm bath!
Walking distance to the beach and a number of great restaurants. The owners provide an incredibly comprehensive handbook, including suggestions of nearby places to eat well and affordably.
The kitchen was very well-appointed, including a surprisingly nice air fryer! The griddle and grill on the top floor are also of very high quality, allowing me to cook up my family favorite cheesesteak sandwiches and clean up afterwards quite easily!
During our stay, one of the families in another unit allowed their young children to swim in the pool unsupervised at midnight. I reached out to the owner and she was quite swift in addressing the situation, finding the family in question and impressing upon them the necessity of following the rules. There were no other problems the rest of the week.

The owners Glori and Neal have been absolutely great to deal with! Any questions we had for them, the response was almost instantaneous. Check in/out was very easy. The house itself was very nice and clean, it felt like we were at home away from home! We are definitely considering coming back next year with some more family, and possibly renting out the other property they have as well. I would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone that is looking to vacation in Clearwater!

We had a wonderful time at this property despite a few hiccups during our stay. The owners communicated with us on a daily basis and made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our satisfaction. We loved ending each day in the pool, and seeing dolphins right off the dock was the highlight of the week. We chose not to utilize the rooftop features because it was scorching hot up there! Otherwise, we took advantage of the bicycles, wagon, and all of the provided beach supplies. Great location and very walkable to a number of shops and eateries. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful home. Owners have stocked it with anything you could need! From phone chargers on the nightstands to a portable bluetoooth speaker for the pool. Lounge room by the pool with Nintendo system is a great retreat for the kids (or husbands)!

This property was up to date/modern decor. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies for cooking and storing food. It was also immaculately organized and clean. We were especially appreciative that it was stocked with the basic supplies such as coffee, creamer, sweetners, spices and seasonings as well as squeeze bottle condiments in the fridge. Hats off to the cleaning service. Most of the time the cleaning services, in my opinion, is inadequate. All the supplies were neatly organized in the kitchen.
Although, we did not make full use of the roof top it was fully decked with lounging area, umbrellas, dining table and grills. We did enjoy the sunrise and the mornings with coffee there.
The basement area and garage was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. You will need your own sunscreen lotion, but that’s about it.
It would have been great to use the kayaks but totally understandable they were for owners only.
We slept in the master suit and the bed was heavenly for me. I enjoyed the soaking tub every night.
We would definitely book again. I don’t think I have stayed many places that I would book again other than in Germany. I would book here again.

If you want a beautiful place within walking distance to everything this is the place to go!! From the time we booked this place to the time we left everything went smoothly. Right after we booked we received info we needed for our trip. The host was amazing to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The host has thought of everything!!! We really enjoyed the recommendations of where to eat and what to do on rainy days. The house itself has a ton of room. We had a family of 6 and never felt crowded or bored. This was a great property. It has great amenities and is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our family had a great time and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We would like to have been able to take advantage of the rooftop, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Our sons are video game fans and loved the downstairs room with the built in X-box. All-in-all a fun trip for our family of five!!

I have not been to Clearwater beach in 25 years and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Without question the nicest place my family has ever stayed regardless of location. Property description and location spot on. Spacious and beautiful. Bonus room and roof top are game changers. No need to worry about beach chairs, towels, coolers and other amenities when traveling as everything is provided. Wagon makes it easy for the short walk to beach and bicycles also available. Host Gloria is absolutely awesome! Responds quickly to any inquiries. There was an issue that was our fault and she took care of it immediately. Highly, highly recommend. This will be our preferred place when we return.

This house is everything you need to enjoy a week away. Everything is so clean and so much space so you can spread out and relax. Lots of amenities at the house so you can enjoy biking, the beach, and games so you don't have extra expenses you can't take home. We enjoyed local restaurants, biking, and even able to spend a few days exploring Tampa. The walk to the beach is not too far and you can even bike there since there are bike racks everywhere. This is probably the cleanest house we have ever stayed in, it felt like we were home from the cleanliness. Rooftop is perfect for morning reading and also best place to view the fireworks!

The townhouse was exactly as pictured and the previous reviews were spot on. Glori was fantastic to work with. We were even able to get into the condo early on our day of arrival but unfortunately our plane got delayed.
The place had everything you needed. I can't think of one thing that was missing. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook and clean. Unlike most places we have stayed at using Vrbo, Glori had the house stocked with extra kitchen necessities like spices, condiments, sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, cleaning products, bathroom essentials, and tons of things to enjoy the beach and pool. Every other place I have stayed had none of these things. This made it quite easy to spend more time enjoying our stay instead of constantly running to the store.
We spent a week enjoying the pool, beaches, restaurants, and the beautiful townhouse. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
If you're looking at place to stay this is it. Close to everything. We didn't have a car and we didn't need one. We ubered from the airport to the condo, which was quick and easy. A lot of places close so we walked most of the time. If we wanted a ride it was a very cheap to Uber. Most places cost less than $10 to get to.

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything was well maintained too. The homeowners provided everything you could possibly want or need. The views from each floor were beautiful and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach, pier, shops, ice cream and restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe for us to walk back and forth to. The local Publix was close and an easy drive to get to. We enjoyed sitting up on the the rooftop deck and enjoying the views, especially in the evening. The homeowner was very responsive with any questions we had. My husband and I also worked during our stay. The Wi-Fi was great and there are plenty of areas to set up and work from that were quiet. We enjoyed watching all of the wild life and birds each day including the occasional dolphins that would swim back and forth. The home felt comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing property! Brightwater Cove is an exquisite home with everything you need for an ideal beach vacation. The house is within a 5-10 minute walk of key shops and the beach, making it easy to commute with beach equipment for the day. It’s close enough to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater for a true “beach vibe” while also being slightly off the main road to still feel secluded and calm like a suburban home. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the property owners were easily accessible any time of day to address our needs and concerns. We will absolutely look forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. Every year we go on vacation with my parents and this one will be tough to beat. The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed all the living spaces, the beach chairs and umbrella saved us from having to rent and the bikes were a nice touch for morning fun. We checked in on Saturday and the townhouse was perfectly clean. Stocked with necessities! The game room is a plus for larger parties and the beach is so close you can walk almost anywhere that you would need to go. Morning view of the dock is incredible! Pool was warm, clean and very relaxing! Beds were also very comfortable with spacious rooms. The elevator made moving in and out so much easier. I honestly cannot complain about one thing at this property it was immaculate! The host did an awesome job making sure the house is clean comfortable and ready for a vacation full of memories

I spent a week in this townhome with my 13 year old kids and husband and there was not one thing that we could have needed. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make a vacation even better. The place is absolutely gorgeous, the beds are amazing, even the smallest details have been thought out. There are bikes, helmets, beach toys, towels, carts, chairs, coolers, wagon and anything else you could need for beach trips. I think we would have to stay again (and will) to use and enjoy everything. It’s a fantastic location and everything is wishing walking distance. It’s perfect if you have older kids that can venture out on their on. We mini golfed, rode segways, took a kayak/paddle board tour, spent 2 full days on the beach, many hours in the pool and at night my husband and I enjoyed fabulous food and cocktails all over South Beach. This was our third trip on a family vacation to Clearwater Beach and this rental was our absolute favorite!! We are already planning to book this again next year. If you are looking at this place don’t wait!! Book now! You will not regret it!!

We loved this property. This was our second year coming in February and this location was perfect! We could walk to all the action, beach, restaurants but were on a quiet stretch on the waterway. The place itself was perfect for our needs - a downstairs room by the pool; rooftop sofas and fire pit with grill and table for dining and sunsets - beds were so comfortable- and it was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook. Which we did most mornings and nights.
As well everything we asked about was quickly addressed. And arriving we were greeted with a bottle of wine. We cannot recommend this spot enough and hope to return.

Nicely furnished and appointed, well equipped kitchen. Pool and roof top deck a plus. Loved bikes and kayaks, beach wagon, etc.

Absolutely beautiful townhome with amazing amenities. We did not want for one thing during our stay as it was equipped with every necessity and more. We loved the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars. Our favorite spot was unwinding at the townhouse rooftop at the end of the night...beyond comfortable with an amazing view. Already planning our next visit!

Exactly as portrayed. Glori has systematized the process so the experience is consistent and optimized for the traveler. Unique building ID great and definitely a car is not needed because anything you'd want, at least for a one week stay, is walkable.
