The breathtaking view from the balcony towards the surrounding mountains is second to none. On approximately 95sqm, the appartment features two separate bedrooms, as well as a cosy mezzanine – ready for our guests to have an unforgettable holiday experience. With additional sofa-beds in the lounge, the charmingly furnished and appartement can accommodate up to 10 people, and there are both a shower-room and a bathroom. The icing on the cake is the vast balcony and our sauna – quite a treat for a snug winter evening. Naturally, guests can expect free Wi-Fi as well as private parking in front of the house. In the garden, our guests can spend mild summer evenings relaxing under a gazebo with built-in brick-barbecue and comfy patio-furniture.

The open-plan kitchen holds everything you need to pamper your loved ones: ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, as well as crockery and cutlery and all kind of cooking utensils. In addition, our washing machine is ready there for you to use, as well as ironing board and iron.

And there are numerous shopping facilities located only about 1km from the Lake View Lodges.The ski-bus-stop is less than 100m away – for quick access to the local slopes as well as to Kaprun and its glacier.

Guests who are arriving without a car can reach the train-station in just one bus stop.The nearest airport is the "Salzburg Airport"(80km).
