Nicely maintained property however condo needs some changes. Only 3 of the four tvs is a smart tv. Only one hairdryer for 3 bedroom, 3 bath. The lanai furniture is useless with cushions that retain water. We were unable to use it our entire weeklong stay as well is being overcrowded. The 3rd bedroom was like an apartment with, very useful especially with its private lanai. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed their privacy.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great unit, fabulous views, extremely convenient. My husband, mother, 3 year old, and my 18 and 19 year old daughter and son along with a friend each and myself were extremely comfortable and extremely pleased with everything regarding our stay. We would definitely plan another stay!

When you arrive 45 minutes early and you pay four K to stay there for a week don’t be telling me I need to pay extra to get into my room. Overall the place was OK. The porches had a lot of mold around the sliding doors and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view very well. The furniture cushions were stained and dirty. There was way too much furniture on the porch.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was in a great location right on the beach. It was spacious, nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen, private sleeping quarters (3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom), large floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in the great room and two of the bedrooms. Online photos depict the unit well. Direct and easy check-in with number punch access to the door and beachfront. We appreciated the secured resort and parking access. One thing I would suggest would be that the condo be deep cleaned with attention to baseboards, under beds, carpet stains, sliding door tracks. Overall, this is a great rental property and I would stay here again.

The girls in my family all stayed in this unit for our yearly beach trip. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Will try to reserve for next year’s trip as well!

The unit was perfect for our needs and beautifully furnished! Make sure to check for your wrist bands when you first arrive and let them know. The property managers are very responsive!!

The condo was one of the prettiest we’ve stayed in. Everything was just as we saw online. The property was well taken care of and we will most likely try and book this same one for next year.

Cleaners need to mop. Guests before us used self tanner bronzing spray, in the shower, and turned the bottom of our feet orange. House keeping needs to mop. Going home to Tennessee with a tan and orange feet.

Wonderful three bedroom condominium, nice swimming pools and a huge white sand beach. The water was very clear and can see the fish swimming at your feet. Wonderful vacation stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this condo last minute because Days Inn had messed up our booking. When we arrived the whole condo had not been cleaned. I reported this to the customer service division of the company. I called around 4:30pm(check in is at 4pm) and said someone would be right out within an hour and hour and half. That time elapsed and no one had still shown up. After multiple voicemails and finally texting the number I got Dakota to text me back. Said there was a glitch in their system and it never alerted the cleaning company to come clean the condo so that’s why our condo was never cleaned. The person they sent out to clean was supposedly their best cleaner and she had stopped answering their calls and texts. They sent an inspector to go check and see if the linens had been picked up and they were not. The inspector then had to come clean the condo. She did not arrive until 9:30-10pm and left by 11. When we arrived the bedding wasn’t changed, condo had sand from one end to the other including counters, towels were smelly and still damp in the dryer, fridge was not cleaned out and trash was all over condo and all windows and mirrors had smudges all over them. When the inspector left after her cleaning the sheets maybe were changed but all the bed spreads were still the same, fridge was still full of previous tenants, sand was still all over the condo and on counter tops, and windows were still dirty. We couldn’t even get into the condo until after she left because with COVID we didn’t want to go until it was cleaned. I was told I would be hearing from the customer service manager would be contacting me Sunday or Monday. It took another phone call and email to hear from her Wednesday. They had sent me a $100 e-gift card to compensate for our troubles and Dakota said that getting the cleaning fee reimbursed shouldn’t be a problem. The customer service manager called and said she had to move this up to the operations manager. It took us until Friday to get a response. We wanted to get the cleaning fee and our first night reversed but the operations manager said that they had already sent the $100 e-gift card and because it was a glitch in their system their policy was not to reimburse for our troubles. I emailed back immediately and still have not heard back from her. Besides all these troubles, there were multiple problems inside the condo. I would not recommend this condo or this property management company.

Property poorly maintained. Safety issues, the cleaning was terrible. One of the beds was not made. We had no sheets for us to use. Stains on pillows, (Director of housekeeping/Cleaning Manager removed soiled linens from the property. Broken glass on balcony from three of the missing light bulbs with exposed sockets on railing. Previous guest’s "personal" items left in bathroom. Had to clean appliance before use. Beach lounge chairs in pic not the ones there, they were old folding beach chairs. Cleaning Manager and Director of Housekeeping took pics of many of the issues. Director told us of the past issues with the cleaners. We tried to talk in person with Vacation Life Properties after the stay over the phone. They chose to send a text response rather than call, the response said in part "There would be no benefit from having a meeting (call)” myself and two representatives from VLP had taken numerus pics of all the issues and sent them to VLP. No advance notice of pool, hot tub, bathrooms and wash down station from beach were to be closed. We were sent $100 for our inconvenience from VLP

Our group really enjoyed the condo and wanted to stay a few extra days. We reached out to the property management group but they would not negotiate on the price for 1 additional night. We were able to find another property that agreed to a reasonable rate for 2 additional nights. It didn’t Make sense to us to leave the property unrented instead of negotiating a rate that we could all agree to since we had already stayed 3 nights.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Negative would be the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4:00. When we arrived at 4:00 the housekeeper was inside the condo cleaning g and was nowhere near being done cleaning. Therefore, our presence made her rush to finish! The condo owner should really consider changing his policy on 4:00 check-in. Flying in to a small airport gives limited times for flights. Our flight arrived at 9:30 am and we could not get into the condo until 4:00. There were many many positives. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. There was absolutely everything available at your fingertips inside the condo a person could want while vacationing. The premises was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be back!😃😃😃

Very disappointed on the condition of this property. Apparently by the other recent review this is an ongoing matter that the management or owner does not care to address. First of all there is no way I should have had to pay over $6,500 to stay at this property ever whether it is a Holiday weekend or softball tournament week. The only good thing about this complex is the location and the beach. The property complex itself is not well maintained. The smell of the elevators were horrifying. When we arrived at 5:00 p.m. to check in, the cleaning people were still cleaning. Waited for a little bit, not a big deal to get into the condo. I am fine with that. However, once we got into the condo, it was not cleaned. They must have hurried through it cuz they missed so much. Floors were still dirty with food crumbs everywhere, prior resident's soap bar was still in shower, the refrigerator and freezer were not cleaned. Food and sticky stuff on shelves and something purple was leaked all over the freezer, the glass top oven looked like it had not been cleaned in months, pretty sure the outdoor balcony floor and table have never been cleaned. The bath rugs you can tell are never washed and the other rugs are so disgusting with dirt and stains same with the couch. There were several light blubs not working and the sink in the master bath was broken. When you pay top dollar to stay at a complex that is not that nice you would think that it should at least be in clean, working condition. We pay for a cleaning fee, seems like it should at least be cleaned. I told the management company about the sink and they offered to come fix it, but we told them to wait until we left. I really do not like being inconvenienced with having to have maintenance come while we are on vacation, plus like I stated before, when you pay that much to stay somewhere, all that should have been checked before we checked in. When I told them how disgusting the condo was and sent them pictures of it, instead of offering to refund my cleaning fee, they wanted to again inconvenience me to have it come cleaned again. To get that place where it should be, it would have taken at least 3 to 4 hours. I declined the second cleaning, so then they had the nerve to send me a waiver to sign stating I did not want the cleaning. So ridiculous. I did not sign it. This condo can be very nice if it is deep cleaned, properly cleaned and maintained, and new rugs and couch.

This unit was nicely decorated. We loved the view from the balonies. The bathrooms were nice and large. The kitchen was nice and stocked with most every essential. It was very nice to have a full size washer and dryer. This unit needed a deep cleaning. The dining room lights were dusty and had finger prints on them. The mirror in our bedroom looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The smoke alarm had been removed from the ceiling and wires were hanging down in the bedroom with the private balcony. Several light bulbs were out in the bathrooms. The carpets could use a deep cleaning or even replaced. They looked pretty worn. The mattresses in all the rooms were fairly comfortable but could have been better. The balcony floors definately need a deep cleaning and although the balcony furniture looked nice, it was not comfortable. The outside of the building definitely needs some maintence. The elevator on the 1st floor had issues with the button on the outside. The outside just needed a good cleaning including the pool chairs. Call me old fashion, but I like having a front desk to go to check in and know that someone is there keeping an eye on things. There were no restrooms on the lower level anywhere that we could locate. I was not happy that beach chairs and umbrellas that you rent were behind all of the people that brought there own chairs and umbrellas. In my opinion guest that are renting chairs and umbrellas should get front line views. To many cons for the price of this unit.

Check in was simple. The room was clean and could tell it had been recently redone. One of the nicer units we've stayed in at Long Beach. It has everything we needed and we'll socked.

Comfortable beds with pretty bedding. Loved all of the pretty throw pillows and baskets for them when not in use .

Our stay over Spring Break at Long Beach Resort was FABULOUS!! The unit was EXACTLY as advertised... clean, up-to-date, amazing views of the Gulf, and a perfect setting for our family. There was more than enough space for our 5 adults and 3 children to enjoy themselves, and we really had a blast eating dinners on the deck, walking the beach, and tanning at the pool. We had an issue with the kitchen sink the first night we arrived... and while no one from the property management group (Vacation Life Properties) returned our calls that evening... they were VERY ATTENTIVE to our concerns the following morning, and made sure that everything was fixed without inconviencing us any more. In addition, Vacation Life Properties contacted us several more times throughout the vacation, just to make sure we were happy. We were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to vacation with an emphasis on cleanliness, location, and an overall relaxing time.

We enjoyed our stay here for Easter. The property was as described and we were all very pleased with it and comfortable! Check in/check out process was simple. The place was clean and we felt safe here. Only complaint is the Nest air conditioning thermostat, I guess it automatically sets itself to a certain temp and at times it would feel like an igloo, which I’m sure is perfect in the summer, but during our stay it was chilly outside, so we had to adjust it quite often, other than that this place is perfect for family. I would definitely stay here again!

The space was wonderful, the sound of the ocean was relaxing. The only thing that was not fantastic was the beds were hard. Other than than everyone loved the space.

This is an exceptionally beautiful condo, decorated expertly and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need to create gourmet meals. The management and owner were easily contacted and responded quickly for the few needs we had. The heated pools were a nice option when the beach was a little cool or for a night-time swim. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for next year already. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The condo was clean and a convenient location. We had plenty of room for 6 adults in the condo. Ample seating throughout, and each bedroom had balcony access which was a win in my book!We enjoyed our stay.I had a couple issues upon checking in.. 1. I had to show the gate security a confirmation number upon arrival. My check in information did not have a confirmation number listed so I had to search through my emails to find my VRBO confirmation email which still had no actual "confirmation" number, but security read the email and allowed us in. I was a bit frazzled, it would have been nice if everything was tucked nicely into my check in email.2. There was not 2 parking passes waiting for me as there was supposed to be, so I had to call and request the second which I received the following day. I had to speak to the security guard to make sure my car would not be towed while we waited on the parking pass. 3. A pad (like iPad) was accessible for check in once in the unit. I tried to check in with the pad but it was not set with internet by owners. There are so many warnings of fines, as a safety precaution I called to let them know the pad was not working so I did not get a fine for some reason.Early one morning we had a loud banging on our door. We got up to find that 2 men were outside telling us they needed to come in to change something on the internet. I had not received any notification that this would be happening. They told me I should have received an email, I checked my phone but no email. They said it would only take a minute.. Half asleep and confused, I let them in. I kept my distance and called the management while they were inside-without masks..my call from management was returned later that afternoon which I missed, but they followed up with a text apologizing for the inconvenience and I was given new internet information. I probably should not have let them in until I received a confirmation from the property and demanded face masks, regardless it was inappropriate of management to allow maintenance without notification, safety precautions and time maintenance midday, or at least after 10am.. -we were on vacation..Our internet went out one day during our stay. We received notification from the property management before we even knew it was out, and how they were handling the issue.The resort property employees were friendly, the resort property was always being cleaned and smelled fresh.

Very tastefully remodeled/refurbished. Showers, counter tops, flooring, etc were all new. New high end washer/dryer, nice TVs, fresh linens. Decor is up to date and well put together. Nice beach views and balcony access from all 3 bedrooms. I felt like they decorated and equipped the condo as if they were going to use it themselves. Loved the key pad on the door. Got in late and there is no check in so was able to unload and get in room very quickly.

I absolutely loved our condo. Looking forward to coming back again one day.

Best check in ever. This condo was by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. You couldn’t ask for a better decorated unit everything was top notch. Plenty of seating on the huge balcony for a large family. Best unit I’ve ever stayed in hope to be back soon.
