We loved being able to walk to everything downtown. The rental was small but met our needs for just sleeping and relaxing. Host was wonderful to work with.

This was a cute little room that was very comfortable for my wife and I. It is very close to all of the shops , restaurants and spas that are the attraction of Hot Springs. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do with the exception of the horse racing track. We would consider staying here again if we were to return in the near future.

The space was very clean! Quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, etc. Lin is super sweet and helpful!

This place was within walking distance to the bath houses. It was clean and comfortable. Lin was easy to communicate with and although we didn’t end up needing anything extra, she checked with us shortly after arrival to ensure we felt comfortable reaching out should we need an additional space heater or anything else.

Easily walkable to downtown. Sitting areas outside - both front and back - gave added privacy. They had everything you would need in the kitchen - including a bag of ice and coffee! Living room was comfortable and the sofa also made into a bed. Covered parking was also a plus. Very enjoyable stay!

This was perfect if you want to spend a lot of your time enjoying the strip and the bath houses. We loved it and would stay again. Very clean and neat and dogs are welcome which was a bonus for us.

The property was cute and clean as advertised. Being walking distance from downtown turned out to be a HUGE asset, since my group did not have to get a car or use a ride share app. The area is very safe to walk in, and we felt comfortable walking there, even at night. Big thanks to Lin for being such an amazing host!! She really took care of my group when we visited and made our trip so much better. We will be recommending Lin and this property to all our friends!

This was a very clean unit. Very comfortable and charming. It situated just a short walk from the main restaurant and entertainment area. The owner was amazing. She made us feel like family. She had great tips on places to see and things to do. We were in a duplex but she also has two beautiful homes to say at. One is just a house away from where we stayed, also one on a lake. We would recommend these to anyone wishing to visit the Hot Springs area.

We booked this place as we were working for a convention event. It's in a great location - walking distance to the convention center and all the local places to eat and hangout. Its a small place but for just the two of us it was perfect. This was our second time using VRBO and the last place barely supplied anything while here we had towels, bathroom supplies, a reusable coffee filter and other kitchen utensils. It is some type of remodel because there are sloped steps into each room which I tripped on a few times, especially at night. The bed was too hard for our liking, but they have a pullout couch which was extremely comfortable for us. Many others complained about the dust on blinds - it was still there but I barely dust my own blinds. Two out of three of the window AC units were on and when we walked in, it felt great. They had little touches which showed the place was actually clean which the first VRBO we went to was still obviously dirty so I was relieved and felt more comfortable knowing this place was clean. We booked a few months in advance and about once a month they checked in, asked if we would need anything and were quick to communicate back. When back in the area, we will definitely book with Frank and Lin again.

Hosts did not have accurate listing. They also charged us for a pet because they said they found pet hair. We didn’t have a pet, and we didn’t leave pet hair behind. We will be back in hotels going forward.

Close to downtown and super clean. Very friendly host with great communication.

Tiny quaint duplex with enough room for two. The great location makes up for the few issues we had like keeping the rooms cool in August. The fan helped. Really dusty old blinds and nice but dusty light fixtures. I also stumped my foot a few times on the raised floor boards along the door entrances from room to room. The extra tiny bathroom was a challenge getting in and out and maybe should have the window tinted or a small blind installed to keep it cool. Other than that, we enjoyed our day to day activities with everything within walking distance and got good rest at night in comfortable beds with clean linens. The host was attentive through text messages and very pleasant. I plan on returning possibly in the fall season.

We were able to walk to restaurants while we were there. The only negative about the house is they only had small window units and it was very hot upon our arrival as the air was not turned on. We went during a very hot spell

Within walking distance to everything we needed. Hosts where very accommodating and just a call away. If you are looking for a modern home with all the bells and whistles keep looking. But if you don't mind a older comfortable home that has been remodeled this is perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Cute place but needs to be finished with better set-up. Needs things like bathroom towel holders/hooks, blow dryer, bath mat, iron & ironing board, kitchen towels, corkscrew, chairs (none), lamps (two), kitchen table. Needs basic stocking - only 1 roll toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels (no kitchen towels so 1 roll not enough), 1 hand towel for bath, no salt/pepper, etc. Pictures in closet and on floor. Basics lacking. Mold on windows and blinds dusty. Popcorn, coffee & tea were available. Location close to downtown (walking distance) but a little concerning at night. Porch was relaxing in am. Getting in was confusing and frustrating. With a few more amenities & details, this could be charming getaway.

Good location for walking to downtown Hot Springs and hiking in the National Park.
