The apartment was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. The images did not quite do it justice. The whole building has so much character. It also had everything you could need for any duration of stay. All of the modern conveniences of home. Coffees, teas and sugars were topped up daily, which is not something that you always see and was a nice touch. The location is outstanding. You would struggle to get views like this anywhere else, especially at this price point. If you're visiting for the touristy elements of the city, you could not do much better. Public transport around this location is also superb (though we tended to walk anyway) so getting around the city is a breeze. The staff are incredibly polite, informative and accommodating. Our flight arrived quite a bit earlier than expected and thus we arrived at the hotel far earlier than we had stated. The room was understandably not ready so we were allowed to store our bags in the office (which appeared to be quite safe) and received a text when the room was ready which was far earlier than the listed earliest check-in time. Their online check-in and checkout systems were worth using and did save some time. We recieved prompts for these a couple of days before.

I'm sure this will be a matter of opinion but none of us particularly liked the firm beds. It did not hinder our sleep much but 2 of our group have back problems and the beds did not agree with them. It's worth noting that these apartments are located above a their own restaurant of the same name. Which by the way is also outstanding. However on Saturday night it did get a little loud. This was understandable however as we were in the apartment located directly above and it was only that one evening.

Great apartment in a lovely old building. Very spacious and well-equipped with beautiful views from the terrace. Location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Mala Strana.

Not sure we could find anything to fault!

The host was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was sumptuous. The central location was great. So much to like.

Unfortunately we were in the attic which was charming but low ceilings with narrow steep steps. But we tall retirees made it work for 3 nights.
