We loved our visit and the location was perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. There are quite a few stairs to get to the place, but it was totally worth it with such gorgeous views! Everything was clean and plenty of room for evenings on the rooftop patio! We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful apartment!! Our wonderful host, Matilde, was so kind and helpful with check in and out and with restaurant recommendations. She even helped us when we were in line for a tour and needed our passport picture...she quickly sent that over so we could enter the building for our tour! And the terrace is overlooking the beautiful buildings in Venice and we could see the sky and sunsets at night!! We will definitely be back one day!! Thank you...Grazie!!

Great Location!
This is a beautiful apartment. The location is fantastic. One block off of St. Mark’s square. There is a bistro/restaurant just around the corner from the entry door. There are numerous restaurants near by and a grocery store about a block away. Roof top deck has a wonderful view of Venice. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment is so nice. All the furniture and decorations are top of the line. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. You do have to walk up about three flights of stairs but the apartment is well worth the stairs workout. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lage ist ganz zentral und doch vollkommen ruhig. Das Deck auf dem Dach bietet einen traumhaften Überblick über das Zentrum. Auch die Klimaanlage ist herrvorragend. Es war alles bestens.

Magnifique appartement pour un merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé 1 semaine complète dans cette ville magnifique.
L'appartement était au delà de nos espérances : très bien situé (à quelques pas de la place San Marco ), très spacieux, en parfait état et que dire de cette terrasse où tous les soirs nous pouvions admirer le soleil se coucher en buvant un verre...
Un merveilleux souvenir que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier.

Ein Paradies in Venedig
Die Wohnung ist typisch italienisch eingerichtet und von der Lage her perfekt für die Erkundung von Venedig. In 2 Minuten ist man am Markusplatz. Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich die paradisische Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über ganz Venedig! Da wir im September reisten ließ sich das Frühstück dort auch ohne Sonnenschirm gut einnehmen. Wir waren außerdem begeistert von der freundlichen, unkomplizierten Kommunikation über what's app mit Mathilde und Roberto. Gerne wieder!!

Amazing place in perfect location
We had a perfect stay in Venice. The flat is spacious, clean and the kitchen is also equiped with everything required if you want to cook yourself. The terrace has a great view. The only thing which would make the place even better would be sun shades on the terrace.

In the heart of Venice
Quick visit with my adult kids. We had such an amazing time. It was great to be able to step out day or night and explore this great city. The location was perfect. The apartment was awesome and we loved spending time in the above apartment attic. Checking in and working with the owners was simple and straightforward. Got ideas on food and such which was helpful.

Lovely accommodations in the middle of Venice. Yes, there are several flights of stairs to the property, but you’re in Venice and not paying atrocious hotel prices. Matilde made the check in super easy and gave us several good recommendations.

Amazing location and view - the perfect spot
We had a great stay in Venice. Mathilde greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed and was helpful in suggesting restaurants, cafes, markets etc nearby. The apartment was lovely and just off San Marco square with a fantastic rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy a glass of wine along with the view.

Perfect place for our family of 5
Perfect! We took a water taxi to San Marco square from the airport, where we were met by Matilde. She walked us to the apartment, which was very close by, close to shops and restaurants. Great set up for our family of 5, with comfortable beds, clean living areas, and gorgeous views. Yummy bakery right underneath the apartment- my hubby would run down in the mornings to get coffee and the best croissants (try the apricot jam ones- amazing!!). Air conditioning, dish washer, hair dryer and clothes washer all worked very well! And Matilde gave us great recommendations for dinner! Take her advice and go to Antico Gatoleto. It's a 15 min walk maybe, near the Rialto Bridge, but it was SO SO good! Fresh pasta, excellent service. Our 4 year old ate her entire plate of pasta with buttered noodles and cheese. She's NEVER done this before- I swear she usually lives off Chicken Tenders. My hubby and I, our 11 year old daughter and 16 year old nephew who was traveling with us all loved their lasagna. We went twice while there!! Thank you Matilde!!

Venice San Marco Apartment
Andrew was very prompt with all communications, easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions prior to our arrival. Location was great, close to everything! We were warmly met at the Vaporetto stop and walked to the apartment by Matilda, who gave us lots of information an local places to eat. We tried 3 of them an all were excellent! The Apartment was clean and quiet and looks like the photo’s posted on the website! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for the items we needed. The roof top terrace was a nice airy place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Most people mention there are lots of stairs to get to the apartment, but it is well worth it once you arrive. I would definitely return to this location on any future trips to Venice.

Perfect! Beautiful apartment, ideal location, friendly host
This apartment was the perfect base for our family's magic weekend in Venice. Matilde warmly welcomed us at San Marco wharf, walked us to the apartment and gave us some great tips on local shops and restaurants. The apartment is secure, spacious, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The location, in a private courtyard just off Piazza San Marco, made sightseeing a breeze, and we all enjoyed the amazing views from the roof terrace. Special thanks to Roberto for keeping in touch and facilitating our late check-out. We loved Venice, loved this apartment and didn't want to leave!

Beautiful and comfortable
Aside from the 80 step walk up (very good exercise), the apartment was perfect. If you are fit to walk up stairs (which Venice is full of) It was worth the walk for the space and the rooftop view. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. It is in a great location to see the most popular sites of Venice and easy to get to from the train station (by Venice standards), but hidden away from any noise. Our greeter Matilde was awesome and very helpful. We stayed with our 2-year old and everything was setup perfectly when we arrived. My only suggestion for the host is to provide some sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil and make sure the lighter for the stove is full. We are guests that like to use the kitchen a lot, especially for breakfast, and these items are essential and always only purchased in much larger quantities than one needs on vacation and can be used from guest to guest. Over all, I would highly recommend this home for a stay in Venice.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We recently stayed in this apartment with our 16 and 11 year old kids. We absolutely love it. Our host met us at the Rialto Vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment. She showed us around and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and tours. The apartment was located in a great spot just a few minutes from St. Marks Square. The apartment was very comfortable and we all had privacy for down time after long days of walking around. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great time in Venice. Most of the merit was our accomodation, simply great. A beautiful apart just behind Saint-Mark square, incredibly quiet (and charming) corner. Generous size, large fully equipped kitchen (important to prepare every meal), perfect living and bright large bedrooms. Exquisite furnitures, extremely comfortable mattresses, parquet floors everywhere, strong Wi-Fi Internet and charming views from every single window. By the way the best is “over the top”: a really stunning panoramic view wooden terrace with its table and seats. What u see from there is the whole Venice, its main points, as churches and towers, starting from the close Saint-Mark Belltower, Cathedral and Palazo Ducale, and its shape and conformation. No guide tours, no waterbus tours nor walkings gave us such a deep and full overview
of this spectacular Town. Because of its terrace (magnificent), its position (perfect), its features (exquisite), we strongly recommend this apart to all those looking for a special accomodation in Venice.

Great Location, Beautiful Place !!
Our group of 5 arrived late on a Sunday evening, and were greeted kindly by Benedetto, who not only graciously showed us all around the apartment and did a great job with our check-in, but even helped us with our luggage up the stairs!! The terrace view on top of the apartment is one just a few in Venice, making it a rare charm. The location of the apartment is quite good, with a nice Cafe/Coffee Shop literally in the first floor of the same building, as well as restaurants, pizza places, and shops nearby, and only a few blocks from the St Mark's Square. Security is good in the building, with a strong front door and beefy lock on the apartment door, and a secure entry way and locked street access door. There are a number of stairs to climb to arrive at the top of the building, but it also provides a very quiet location. Thanks so much for making our stay in Venice so enjoyable.

Delightful Venetian apartment
A wonderfully positioned property. Comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Water taxi dropped us off and within two minutes Mathilde met us and took us straight to the apartment. Both Mathilde and Roberto were enormously helpful, as was Andrea with our booking and arrangements. Good suggestions, advice and help when we could not light the gas cooker! Poor Roberto ran to the flat to assist as soon as I phoned. The view from the roof top terrace is truly spectacular. You feel you could almost reach out and touch St Mark's Basilica and the Campanile. The only problem we encountered (we being 3 women on the wrong side of 60) was the 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Other than that our stay was just superb. Perfect
First time in Venice with my family (my 4th time), 2 adults 3 childs. Looking for something special, found this beautiful apart. It is same distance from Rialto’s and Saint-Mark’s vaporetto, just 3 min.
We easily met the person at Saint-Mark’s stop and we walked to the apart.
The apart is finely furnished, large, comfortable, completely new.
The kitchen is large, with oven, micro, coffee machine and a nice glass table (it is a large kitchen
perfect for cookings!), the living is super with view over a beautiful courtyard (they explaned us it is one of the most beautiful XVI Cent. Venetian courtyards but I don’t remember the name). Wow view from every window.
It would be enough to say WOW, but the terrace absolutely overtook our expectances.
It is a large wooden terrace with a panoramic view over all Venice.
The position of the building is just behind Saint-Mark square, really quiet area, and the view from the terrace is just superb.
There is also a large table with chairs and sun-shelter, we had all our lunches and overall dinners there.
I think this has been the “cherry on the pie”, our choice then stay couldn’t be better!
Apart’s Owner and also on-site manager Roberto have been really helpful and kind.
No problems with the apart, no delays, no lacks.
Warmly suggested to everybody looking for something really special.
We will surely come again.

Fully correspondent to our expectances
After a quick search, a complete brochure and a nice deal with the Owner our expectances were really high. A refined apart with rooftop panoramic terrace few steps from the Saint-Markwas a dream for my wife ans sons, I was courious too.
We have been met at Rialto’s waterbus stop, just 3 min walk and we got in the apart.
The apart itself is finely furnished and really fully equipped (my wife told me that our kitchen in Oslo had to be as the one of this apart!), large, perfectly maintained, new furniture.
The terrace, well, it is fantastic. We never saw Venice in a such fascinting perspective.
It is fully equipped: we did not have the chance to have our meals there but we spent lot of time on it
admiring the Panorama.
The apart is just few steps from the Saint-Mark, hidden corner, no massive tourism direction, really comfortable for sight-seeing (we saw all the main venetian places in just 3 days!).
It is bright, extremely quiet and window’s views are fascinating too. Finally we can say this apart perfectly correspond to what is promised and our “high” expectances have been overtaken.
Definitley recommended.
