Location, walking distance to city centre and various shops. Free access to hotel wifi and has a decent signal inside the room. Few mineral water was provided.

Only one set slipper was provided and the hot water is not really works (one person gets hot water and others shower with cold water). The air-con is not adjustable (we didnt found the controller).

It's in a good position. Plenty of good food options near by, the shopping mall is a short walk away.

You pay for what you get. I paid for a cheap hotel. Given that fact, it was fine.

This is a real example how not to run a hotel. One of the dirtiest hotels I've ever been to. The floors are full of spring water stains, the curtains haven't been washed in years, the toilet is full of mold, the wardrobe is covered in layers of dust. The worst thing of all is the bed, the sheets have blood stains and the pillowcases smell of sweat. This is a very dirty, unhealthy place and it should be banned by the sanitary inspection.

Everything is good, the hotel is comfortable to stay in, the room is spacious,the staff also friendly. Will repeat stay there for sure 🥰🥰🥰

There is no lift so it will be a problem for the elderly. There is another hotel of the same name. Should go to the right hotel base on the road name.
