The bed was comfortable & Netflix account was set up for instant viewing.

The host was not contactable when we arrived and did not leave any instructions with the staff or myself to enter the property. Following 2hrs of numerous calls from the reception, security and myself, the host Chuga finally informed security our room number and provided key. Entry to enter the property felt like a prison as you need a pass to access the lift and corridor, very tedious when you are only provided one pass and more than two people are staying in the property. As we entered the property there was no electricity for a further 2 hours due to load shedding. The host did not advise they are not connected to the generator and all facilities will not be working 2-3 hrs, 2-3x times a day. I spoke with the co-host Zanele who apologised for the lack of communication and details of the facilities that cannot be used during load shedding. I was provided an app for load shedding times after I complained on the lack of communication. The host was sneaky by not advising the limited resources they can provide for a 7 day stay as I booked one month in advance and eligible to receive a full refund 1 day before stay. Due to the lack of facilities, I requested a partial refund to locate somewhere else but was denied! 6 wardrobes and 1 hanger was available, blow dryer provided did not fit any sockets, low shower water pressure and drainage, no washing facilities provided, no coffee, sugar, salt or water provided and 1 torch to use between 3 people. The living room/ kitchen is very tight and the sofa is extremely uncomfortable and can feel the wood when you sit. extremely disappointed with the stay for the price paid. I will not recommend to stay longer than a night.

The location is perfect and it is safe. The room is very comfortable ,the restaurant is very useful and the food is delicious, great service.

I loved the fact that there was a beautiful restaurant downstairs, the place was clean, apartment was very cosy.

The furnishings and decor was impeccable. Everything was stylish and well appointed. Location was great. Really central. The size of the unit and the layout is ideal for a family.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very spacious and comfy beds. Location it's near Sandton City and there's a shopping centre nearby. The staff are very lovely from the cleaners to the manager, Babalwa was exceptional.

Nothing to moan about, whatever did not go right was beyond their control like loadshedding, or an oversight

The apartment had everything I look for when I am deciding which booking to make. I enjoy staying in places that are luxurious and this apartment met and surpassed my expectations. I really liked the choice of furniture and all the kitchen gadgets. I am also impressed by how secure the whole building is, the access control is state of the art.

Just that there seemed to be any air conditioning and there was no DSTV subscription so we just resorted to watching YouTube on the smart TV.
