Property was as described, clean on arrival and well stocked with everything you need. The pool was an added bonus. Great location, close to lots of shopping choices. Beautiful beaches at Boca Grande and Englewood only 35 minutes away. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The swimming pool was clean and a decent size.

We were unable to access the property because the wrong keybox code had been sent to us, the electronic lock failed on the second day and the keybox jammed on a third occasion! The house was extremely dirty and my wife and I had to spend hours cleaning it. The bedding was stained - we washed the sheets but could do nothing about the mattresses. The barbeque had not been cleaned properly and took hours to get the grime off it before we could use it - we left it in a far better state. The check-out time was unrealistic - expecting guests to pack everything and leave the house in a reasonable state before 10.00am on the last day is not helpful. Most hotels allow you until 12.00noon!
