The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the staff at the Villa were very friendly. We will be back ♥️

Location was good.
I specially liked the services of the Manager Putra and his team. Putra's services were out of expectations. Actually we went to Bali to celebrate the 75th Birthday of my Mum and I had requested for some flowers on arrival for my Mum. Putra had decorated the room with flowers and balloons. It was overwhelming for all of us. As well as Putra was just 1 message away from us.
Bedsheets were not being changed on daily basis.
As well as, there were limited options of the breakfast.

Excellent villa with lots of space, a nice big pool, amazing staff and 5 star service.

Staffs were very friendly. Amenities were good.
A few spots could be improved in term of cleanliness.
Internet was a little patchy, went on and off at random time.

Everything it was amazing service and facilities, the breakfast was great, incredible value for money

We booked a 5 night stay with our family at Villa Seriska for our wedding weekend . It was the most wonderful stay and the staff was exceptional, Putra went above and beyond to ensure we all the kids, elderly and family were tended to including transferring seamlessly from locations all with a smile. The food was also amazing and we could not fault anything. we would definitely stay here again and look forward to our return.

We came here from Australia. A family of six including two kids in July 2022. The villa is huge. We could have had another family easily….it is spotless clean. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Putra, Eka, and Diana were lovely to deal with…we would be sure to come back here again during our next trip to Bali…

It was an excellent experience and i loved everything about the villa , staff were amazing and always smiling and very helpful.
Pool was private and clean and stunning.

The staff made us feel friendly and at home
They helped us a lot on the trip
When we were swimming they gave us enough towel and there is washing machine&dryer so it was very comfortable to swim
