Une énorme déception, cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 5 étoiles , les parties communes peut être. La chambre est spacieuse certes, cependant l'équipement date des années 2010. Plusieurs cafards se sont baladés dans notre chambre (voir photos) L'hôtel acceuii également des evenements , ainsi l'espace commun de la piscine principal s'est retrouvé privatisé nous en empêchant l'accès, très mal venue quand on sait le coût d'un séjour ici. Le service d'étage qui sonne lorsque vous dormez en dépit du signe ne pas déranger. La literie fut le seule point positif, très confortable. Le personnel est très aimable , cependant L'hôtel n'est clairement pas au standard annoncé. Cette expérience m'a convaincu , je ne viendrais plus jamais au Westin .

The property is ideally located in Nusa Dua. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It is very clean and the service is excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and we would have loved to stay more. We were impressed with the staff and the restaurants. Special thanks to Surya and Alina at Ikan beach front restaurant as they were extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10.

Excellent buffet breakfast; recommend adding to the booking. The beach is lovely during September when the tide is in; it's not crowded, and no locals bother you trying to sell you things. Quality restaurants and great food.

Rooms could be maintained better; dirty tiles, grout, and shower tiles are extremely slippery. The doona is placed back to front. The toilet tile is stained, but it could just be my room ( Deluxe Garden View). The pool area can be very slippery; the tiles are not the best slip-rated, and the pool toilets are extremely slippery. Restaurants are overpriced. not much to do but relax, far from everything.

Beach front, easy access to sea sports

Food handlers at pool - very difficult to get them to place order for Gluten Free diet needs. Day 1 - food came with egg the we empathized NO egg Day 2 - we wanted pizza from Prego and GF meal options, waited 20 mins they still can’t revert. Using my own mobile & call main line to put to the restaurant, placed my own order in last than 5 mins! 2 out of 5 got food poisoning from breakfast that we are sure from the watermelon juice or fruits. As we took from the same batch at the same time. Wasted 1 morning cos 1 diarrhea & 1 vomiting, call for help & doctor came, diagnosed, gave mediation, 1 managed to recover by 3pm, while the other took 2 days to recover. So all have to stay in hotel and can’t go anywhere.. no apology nor assistance for simple food like porridge etc We have to make our own initiative to order, explain why simple plain white rice porridge is needed.. While the other 3 got a discount from the Japanese restaurant cos we also dined there the night before and they were notified.

This was the end of our honeymoon. Decided to splurge on a fancy hotel for the final nights and we thought this hotel looks nice. It is indeed a beautiful resort.

It was pretty much the worst hotel stay of our lives. Turns out the world water conference was being hosted in the area of Bali where the resort is located this week and the behavior of the staff because of it was completely unacceptable. When we arrived and saw the situation we asked to be moved to a different Marriott Bonvoy property as we realized how bad the restrictions were but they refused to do so. We were there for five nights and we were not allowed to freely move through the hotel during our stay because of this situation. There was massive security presence everywhere, army, navy and police even around the pool and beach which was extremely uncomfortable. Resort restaurants were closed up for paying guests if they had any small group lunch or dinner reservation from groups of people attending the conference. They had at times emergency exercises where cars were not even allowed to come in or out of the property. Guests had to walk all the way out of resort grounds, around five or six blocks to have access to a cab. My husband got sick after a meal eaten at the resort and I was not allowed access to the in-house drugstore because the hallway it was located on was deemed a “sterile area” because conference guests were going to go through it. I had to take a taxi cab out of the resort into town to get medicines for him. Paying over four hundred dollars a night for this kind of service is just so not ok in my book. One thing I will say, never again. At least not in the Westin Nusa Dua, Bali.

Breakfast was very very good, my 8 day stay meant I could have a different brekky every day and the choice was excellent. Beach was clean and access for walking was very good. I also like that I could go to the smaller salt water pool that was not frequented by too many children.

There was nothing I 'didn't' like. I had requested a room with access to an elevator and I got that , but I had no balcony, I understand renovations were ongoing, but the lack of balcony did take the lustre off the room/

The older rooms need immediate renovation as that was the only sour experience in our stay.

It was amazing - the beach was our favourite part honestly 😍 the room was very nice - we loved it!!! we loved staying there and would like to come back again if we have another visit to Nusa Dua anytime in the future

I’ve met the most hospitable people here. Thank you Arisa (front desk), Suyawa (service express), Juni (sommelier). I like the toiletries selection! I love the beach! I like the fresh and salt water pool! I feel like this hotel got everything, I don’t need to go elsewhere. Your days will be packed with water activities with a variety of dining experiences. I can’t wait to come back here :) My first in Westin, definitely made a good impression 🫶

Em 2 noites que ficámos, tivemos problemas com a fechadura da porta nos 2 dias, o que fez com que ficássemos presos por algum tempo à espera da resolução. O serviço no front desk deve ser mais empático.

Расположение, прекрасны детский клуб, обновленные номера, бесплатный прокат велосипедов, помощь в решении любых вопросов. Я забыла сумку с вещами в отеле, мне в кратчайшие сроки доставили её в порт, за это отдельная благодарность. И это очень характеризует гостеприимство этого чудесного отеля.

Breakfast was great. Waiting staff were friendly. Room were nice. Not modern but just nice.

Selection of tea in the rooms. No camomile tea. No Perpermint tea thats just peppermint on its own. You have to purchase kt through roomserviice at a ridiculous price. Also had a bad experience with one of the ladies braiding my 3year old daughter hair They charge 500,000.00 ($50 Australian) to braid it but literally had no idea what she was doing. When our Indonesian nanny mentions this to her and showed her how it's meant to be done her response was ok then you do it. This person was arragent, horrible and rude. She thought she saw better then us because she lived in perth and only comes to bali for 2 months a year. After this horrible experience My 3year old daughter was crying so much and so upset because her braids were very badly done and looked nothing like the pictures being used to advertise the service. Spoke to managent. All they said is we'll retrain her but this is not a punishment for how she acted towards us and my 3 year old little girl. Felt.like managent don't really care.

The location for conference as it was held there. Breakfast was good.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. It catered for all cuisines. The beach was at our doorstep easy access and plenty of daybeds available to guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel passed our expectations and was very easy to get around.

Hotel lobby was very busy with conference attendees.

Facility, staff, location were all fantastic. The resort is a conference facility and as a result we found the pool and beach weren't very busy during the day. We never struggled to get a chair or some shade! Staff were incredibly friendly. For those who say Nusa Dua is quiet, I agree but in the best way! We didn't want for anything while we were there
