The room was clean. Ok breakfast buffet but busy.

Poor check in. Building work going on next door. Inflexible in what the staff will do. Poor sevice at dinner. Over priced within the resort. Short stay but glad to leave.

Loved the location of our room. It was near the 'quiet pool" which was designated for adults and chilling. No floaties allowed haha Amazing pools. Spotless beach with an abundance of beach lounges. Amazing buffet breakfast. Delicious food. Shout out to Windy - who was our waitress at Garden Cafe and the most gorgeous! She made our dining experience wonderful.

The all inclusive offer wasn't all inclusive at all - there was a conference being held at the hotel at the same time as out stay which closed two of the restaurants for dinner one of the nights we were there, and the other restaurants often randomly closed for lunch? We weren't advised of this conference or the restaurant closures when signing up and paying for the all inclusive. We also arrived early on our first day to enjoy facilities but wasn't advised all inclusive was for two days minimum. So we had already paid for an expensive lunch and other drinks at time of check in, and wasn't offered any discount in the all inclusive to account for the additional spend. If you are opting for the all inclusive - go for minimum two days, and arrive early on your first day to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise you may find that you wont get your moneys worth!! I ended up requesting a refund for a portion of our stay - which food and beverage manager agreed to. Still don't think we got our moneys worth though... That being said, the hotel was amazing and I would come again! I just wouldn't opt for the all inclusive.

-Er waren 2 verschillende all in formules en deze waren voor het personeel zeer onduidelijk. -Ze deden moeilijk toen we 2 extra dagen all in wouden boeken.

Staff were all lovely happy people, glad to assist whenever you needed and all smiled and greeted you whenever you past them around the hotel. Also the service and food/drinks in the "grand club" were second to none.

Felt that the pools should all have toilet facilities close by. We mainly used the Balinese style pool and sometimes the grand club pool, from both of these we had to walk back to our room to use the toilet each time.

It was so spacious with many beautiful areas to visit and enjoy. The rooms are large and beautifully designed. So many restaurants and bars and activities each day. Excellent breakfast at 4 different venues. Free gym access with different classes. Tennis, squash, yoga, pools, spas etc And exceptionally friendly and accomodating staff.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the unfriendly staff to the dirty bed sheets upon arrival, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities. Despite raising concerns, there was no effort to rectify the situation. Additionally, our laundry came back damaged with new stains. Overall, a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facilities and there’s a lot to do. The staff were very nice and breakfast menu is very good.

This resort is as big as a village but you still have everything you need in proximity. The hotel can do anything for you. The attention to detail is next level. I am very happy that I stayed here.

朝食は高い割にサラダのドレッシングがしょぼかったり、ヨーグルトが賞味期限切れてたり、プールサイドで飲んだビールは冷えてなく暑い日中にヌルイビールはいただけないし、、、レストランの質は値段以下と感じた。

We had a brilliant time at the Grant Hyatt. We especially enjoyed the pool and the location on the picturesque beach was perfect. The room was large and our son had his own bed. Very clean and comfortable.

The price of the breakfast was high as it was a buffet. It would be great to have some options as we don't eat a lot.

Прекрасное расположение, чистый пляж, огромная территория, интересная флора и фауна. Отличные и разнообразные завтраки. Прям рядом Bali Collection, там можно вкусно поесть, не плохие магазинчики с сувенирами. Всё очень прилично, безопасно, это действительно лучший район на Бали

Al een wat ouder hotel, gelegen in een prachtige tropische tuin, aan zee met zeer brede en lange stranden. Uitstekende service. We hadden een kamer geboekt met toegang tot de Grand Lounge, Dat bleek een prima keuze te zijn. De Grand lounge beschikte over een eigen en dus rustig zwembad en een mooie ontbijt gelegenheid, waar in de namiddag all inclusive een uitgebreide cocktail wordt aangeboden met een rijkdom aan hapjes en drankjes. Zoveel, dat er geen diner meer nodig is. Het hotel is in balinese sfeer gebouwd. Hoewel een groot hotel, ruim 600 kamers, komt het hotel niet grootschalig over. Het hotel is onderverdeeld in 4 hotel gebouwen van max 4 verdiepingen, die verspreid liggen over het ruim 17 ha grote terrein. De tuinen zien er zeer goed onderhouden uit. Ook de hotelgebouwen zelf zijn goed onderhouden. Het hotel ligt met een aantal andere hotels (resorts) in Nusa Dua en ligt in een zeer veilig gebied. Voor de authentieke balinese sfeer moet je wel het gebied uit. Al met al een uitstekend hotel voor een langere strandvakantie.

De inrichting van de kamers is gedateerd. Het meubilair is van teakhout en oogt zeer degelijk, maar is niet erg comfortabel. De kamers zijn redelijk ruim en hebben een ruim balkon en een ruime badkamer. De bedden zijn van matige kwaliteit. Al met al verwacht je van een hotel dat zichzelf afficheert met 5 sterren een mooiere en meer bijdetijdse inrichting. Er zijn verschillende restaurants die een redelijke maaltijd bieden, maar ook hier geldt, niet van een vijfsterren niveau.

ホテルの前はビーチがあり、プールもスライダー付きで子供も大満足でした。 施設は広々として緑も多く外ではリラックスできました。

施設が古いのか、部屋の臭いもあり、アリが出たり、浴槽せんがダメになっていて、お湯がどんどん抜けてしまうなど部屋のあたりが悪く、次の日は部屋を変更してもらいました。 だいぶ改善されて良かったです。 でも換気扇がないのか雨季で仕方ないが多湿でベットシーツっもじっとり感じたり、クッションが臭ったりして清潔感なく気持ちよさがなくて残念でした。

The entire resort was so beautiful - very soothing to the soul. Love the wide sandy beach, serene balinese gardens, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed having the buffet breakfast at Salsa Verde, while watching the waves rolling in…

The room does reflect some signs of old age. Could use some sprucing up.
