Beautiful building with a great view.

The room smelled like mold and the pool water was cloudy so I was worried about swimming in it. I coughed all night from the mold smell. Gate was locked at 5am so I couldn’t leave and attend the 5:30am pooja at temple of the tooth.

it was an an alright location

the pool was cloudy and quite gross. the gym was absolutely vile. looked like he hadn’t been cleaned since the 80s. the place was also completely empty. any hint of ‘vibe’ that is sold in the photos is a completely lie. the bar was empty as well!

Location, friendly and helpful staff from Bartender to Receptionist to Housekeeping good sized pool open 24 hours sports pub gym which has almost all the equipment

gym had all equipment but needs abit of clean overall satisfied as I got my long lost workout

We had a good time.. Close to the lake and temple (10 minutes).. welcoming staff..

The Bar and bed and nothing else and the way they can introduce the 6 star rating hotel with other name and rent it around 40$ In a country that real 4 or 5 star hotels also in this price range :-)

Septic yand bathroom smell in my room Dirty bathroom ( toilet paper of the last guest still in shower and the door of the ( sitting area) doesn’t washed The menu of their Bar ( its shows everything but they don’t have nothing when you order) and Resturant was closed The dirty and smelly Gym As they introduce their self as a sport club !!! Anyway in one word here is not a value for this money They send me Automatic msg that said ‘we are the best and rooms will provide in a 4 star hotel Sunray !! After i came here i checked hotel Sunray has a 6 in review in booking ,, the wifi they gave us not working but it is a not big deal as i have local sim ,, everything i want to say is they tell and shows something and give you something else,. Bar and bar area are very good just for drinks i can’t understand howa place call sport club and just the best activity inside it is drinking alcohol !!

Service was excellent from all the staff. Especially Ryan who always made sure we have everything ready. Food was delicious and nicely prepared. Bartender made us good cocktails and the bar had a really nice vibe. I would highly recommend this for any one. Pool was clean and we had beer next to it. I will definitely visit again!

Everything is perfect.. Especially the Swimming Pool & Sizzle Sports Pub which entertained us .. watched FIFA Live on Giant Screens.. pool tables.. Shisha with a wide variety of flavours.. biggest range of cocktails I have seen in Sri Lanka (100 choices) ... tasty food which is totally value for money Location was very close to city center just 10 mins walk to the Temple of the tooth & Kandyan dancing This was my 4th time in Sri Lanka and from the Kandy 4 star Hotels I stayed this is the best !!! Thank you management for making our stay extra special.

Large Swimming pool They had their own Night Club /pub called Sizzle Sports Pub which had Live Music & showed Live Sports on Giant Screens Had Shisha & Cocktails were awesome Pool tables and Gym Large clean room with a view of the swimmingpool Just 10 mins walk to Temple of the tooth and another 5 mins to Town.. very convenient Food was yummy Staff was very friendly & helpful Made my stay super comfortable Thanks .
