Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kamen am Abend spät an und sie hat sogar noch ein leckeres Abendessen mit lokalen Spezialitäten gekocht! Die Lage ist ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf neben Mestia. Das Zimmer ist gut und es gibt eine gemütliche Stube. Sie spricht ein bisschen Englisch und fliessend Russisch.

We want to see the real life in Mestia, so we did not stay dirwcly inside the touristic center. Exo-cozy house is one of the best place to be part of a real sweet Swan family. In the garden you are neighbour with a living Swan tower, in a clean animals surrounded with out any bad smell. Friendly Charly shepperd makes all our days with smiling. Have a flass of local wine in the sun set in the garden with the variety of flowers makea our day. The food is upon your request ar prepared by local ingredients. Also lobby ias decorated with real wood carved furnitures also you can use it not just for looking. Also at the loby there are very intersting local information books they have. We really like to be part of thia cosy family in 2 days Mestia stay. Thank you to share your life with us, ı hope we had a change again to visit you...

Big Rooms with comfy beds. The fireplace was awesome and the hosts were warm and supportive. Especially the elderly man, he was awesome. Overall a beautiful and satisfying stay.

Location was a bit tricky as maps shows us a different location so you have to contact the host to get the correct road, There is a dog in the compound and there were no signs, we got startled but the dog is trained.

Pefect staff, location, food,... almost everything. Location is not in Mestia, it's actually in a small village nearby, but we were aware of that and we didn't have any problems with it. The hosts are extremely kind and generous. I suggest trying their dinner, it was very delicious!!!

The only problems were the dogs, that were really aggresive and were trying to bite us everytime we would be leaving and entering the apartment. It was veeery scary. We are usually against keeping the dogs on chains, however when they are aggresive like these ones were, we really think it's necessary, and these dogs were running free around the property..

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to solve some of our problems with the car. Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was homemade and very tasty.

It was a little bit cold at night even though we had the electric heater on all night.

clean room and comfortable beds, the breakfast was absolutely delicious (those pancakes… 🫶🏻)

a bit far from Mestia but you can easily get a ride there
