The location was great, 15 minute walk to about anywhere in the city and there was a Bar / Cafe downstairs for breakfast and coffee. Apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, minus a clothes dryer. Our host, Keti, was the best and we appreciated her hospitality while we were visiting. When we come back, we know where we are staying again!
There was some street noise at night but it wasn't terrible. Can't be controlled by the owners; we would still stay here again!

Location was perfect
After check in we left apartment and when returned found our apartment had been broken into. Exact same thing happened to people who checked into other apartment run by same company next day

הדירה מודרנית ויפה.
נתחיל בזה שהבניין ישן ממש.. נכנסים בדלת עתיקה מהרחוב למסדרון מסריח מעובש.. עוברים דלת של סורג מברזל ונדרשים לטפס 2 קומות במדרגות מסריחות מעובש.. ברמה של לעצור את הנשימה... המעקה רעוע ומתנדנד... הקירות עם עיגולי עובש... פשוט מזעזע.
כשהגעתי, נכנסתי עם קוד בדלת הכניסה... חדר המדרגות היה חשוך ומצחין... כמו משהו מהסרט צופן דה וינצ'י... צעדתי לקראת הסורגים שם היו הכספות על הקיר עם המפתח לדירה. היו 2 כספות. לא נכתב לי מהי שלנו. ניסיתי את הראשונה, בחרתי את הקוד (כמו במזוודה), נפתחה... קיבלתי מפתח. עליתי לקומה הראשונה.. פתחתי את הדירה... כל הדירה היתה מלאה בציוד של אנשים אחרים... מזוודות... בגדים על מיטות... אף אחד לא היה בדירה.
הייתי בשוק, חשבתי ששיבצו 2 משפחות לאותה דירה.
ירדתי למטה חזרה. ניסיתי את הכספת השנייה וגם היא נפתחה עם אותו קוד!!!
דיווחתי להם, אמרו שיחליפו קודים.
אחרי ששורדים את חדר המדרגות, מגיעים לדירה יפה ומעוצבת. תמונות... גוון קירות... אם אפשר היה לנתק אותה מיתר הבנין, זה היה עוזר 😄
יש שירותים ומקלחת כפולים. האסלה קרובה מידיי לקיר בצד ימין. יש בידה, אבל הברז שלו תקוע כלפי מטה.
המנגנון של ויסות מים חמים קרים במקלחון תקוע. ממש קשה לכוון מים.
בערב הראשון לא היו בכלל מים חמים. ב-22:30 התקשרנו למישהי שאמרה שאין להם איך לעזור... בסוף בעלי מצא את הבעיה בדוד מים.
המיטות היו מסודרות להפליא אבל לא נוחות. כל המשפחה קמה עם כאבי גב.
יש מלא רעש מהרחוב. אני כותבת עכשיו ב-5:55 בבוקר ויש פה מכונה כלשהי כמו מקדח רחוב שמרעישה ממש בחוץ.
אין קומקום מים חשמלי בדירה.
השמיכות: סדין לבן ואיזה כיסוי מיטה דקיק מעליו. אמנם הכל היה מסודר ומתוח יפה אבל לא מחמם.
חלונות: עתיקים... נפתחים לרווחה ללא תריס או רשת... מסוכן למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים.
אין נוף משום חלון.
ברוך השם, אנחנו עוזבים היום.
השאלה היא, איך נוריד 10 מזוודות במדרגות המזוויעות האלה.

The only good I can say it that at least they had clean linen and towels. I think that is the only job they hire someone to do.
The place has really good bones but, it needs an overhaul cleaning.
The place was not clean. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, cheapest furniture used. Showers backed with water while being used. Could use a fresh paint job.
We were left a dirty old stinky sponge for dishes and there was no soap in any dispensers.
I felt like I was in a frat house for University Parties.

Very good apartment. It was modern and we enjoyed the stay. Just 10 mins walk to train station which is quite handy to commute to Pisa and other nearby towns. There is a store around the corner where you can get fruits, milk, bread etc.

This flat is such a good size, only thing that let it down for us was no lift to the 3rd floor. We had a few suitcases between our group of 8 and found it difficult to get them up. aside from this fab location, so clean and comfortable.

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed. Very spacious and had 2 bathrooms for our family of 7. It’s very close to everything. Great location.

The apartment was amazing. In the beginning when we came the heaters didn’t work but they solved this problem super fast. Apartment has three bedrooms for six people it’s perfect. Everything was clean and nice. Good location, close to everything. We loved our stay there, thank you so much.
No elevator, bringing the luggage to the 3d floor was hard.

-Very clean!
-Keep in mind, apartment is 3 stories up (2nd floor) & no elevator, which was no big deal for our family.
-No clothes dryer, just washer, but there's a rack to dry a few clothes.

was very clean and in great location.
The property doesn’t have a
parking but there is a private one very close to
it. The air conditioners are working very well.
We were a family of 8 and enjoyed
every second of it. highly recommended!!

The apartment is spacious! Three bedrooms and two baths. Beds were comfortable. A/C works great. Great location near the Santa Maria Novella piazza and walkable to the train station. This apartment has everything you need. Just be sure to know that there is no elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. It was fine for us but may not be for all.

the location is good, there's a supermarket near the house. 3 room with twin bed and 2 bathroom.
The house is in 2nd floor but NO elevator.. it will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.
