The accommodation is great - immaculately clean, useful items available to use and plenty of space for 4 adults & 2 small children. Good communication from owners. We had a fab time and would recommend

Contacting the booking agent - cottages.com is painful. I booked and paid for the accommodation in March (4 months before check-in). The day before we were due to arrive in July, I received a message from cotttages.com via booking.com to say that there was a problem with my booking and I needed to call urgently to pay. I tried calling the number and was put in a queue. As I couldn't hang on the phone I sent a message asking them to contact me. There was no response. It was all a bit stressful. We turned up and checked in ok, but cottages.com never responded to my message, and then sent a similar message a couple of days after we checked out saying there was an issue with the booking/my payment. Absolute rubbish!

Was not told Accommodation number and was given the wrong key code .
