Adequate

Room had heavy smell and the front deck provided air freshener that helped a bit. Also the table lamp had both light bulbs missing. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Other than that the stay was ok

The room is ok. But it has very strong marijuana smell which is disgusting.

It caters to people who live there not guests. NO WIFI When checking in the agent spoke to someone else out of my sight about my arrival and her snappy reply was, she would have needed a reservation, for which the agent told her I did. This was obviously an inconvenience for them. I didn't mind people living there under subsidies, the kids were cute but not the drunks. The room was very clean! I even had a man help me with a bag so not every adult was drunk. I needed WIFI however. Also I was placed in far back, room had no phone, no nothing. It did have the TV and an iron to be fair. Not going back. The agent checking me out was pleasant. As a single traveler this time I did not appreciate have an adjoining room either and I know when booking I didn't want one.

Property was misrepresented on Expedia, false pictures and untrue statements.

That was the most terrible experience. The room smelled like marijuana. The first day there were maintenance people hanging out in the room claiming they were fixing something. The tub and the sink were clogged didn’t drain. You couldn’t lock the door. People were noisy, smoking and drinking right outside the door. The worst hotel/ motel ever. I should have listened to my friend who said don’t go there.

Wifi spotty at best

Don’t know where to start but the main concern and inconvenience we had and complaint about was there were homeless people sleeping right outside our . And when talking to the front desk about it , there response was “ there’s nothing we can do “ NEVER AGAIN WOULD WE STAY AT ANY OF YOUR HOTELS

homeless person around. Felt very unsafe with what appeared to be long term resident families present. Despite good reviews this hotel very unsuitable for visitor tourists. Long way from Metro difficult to find along busy highways.

Good

Room was better than expected. Dated but clean. Bathroom clean but old and chipped. Staff was amazingly friendly! Ample parking. Hallways very old, chopping, in urgent need of painting and areas under construction. Overall I was happy because I only needed the room to sleep. If was for family visit and we were out during the day. Stayed for 3 nights.

There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

The staff at reception were not prepared for us, they did not know if the rooms were ready so had to physically go to check. We did not find the promised snacks & drinks in the room so had to go ask at reception. They gave us a small box with 1 small bottle of water, popcorn and 2 protein bars. There was lots of garbage in the corridor, the smell of cigarettes in the room & weed outside. We felt unsafe. The bed had clean sheets, plenty of towels, the bathroom was clean but the toilet was a bit shaky/wobbly. Will not stay there again.

At check in I was given key to room 142 which had already other customer inside and a sleep. When returning to front office I was switched to room 149 and told that this is a premium room and will have snacks and beverages for the inconvenience, of course that was also not accurate.

From check in to check out the experience was horrible. The front desk to put it nicely they are just rude. Would allow me to check in early. So I had no Wer to go from 9am when I arrived to 3 pm when she checked me in.there Wer bugs in my room the sheets were not changed

Dirty and messy gave me a room that was dirty broken toilet no air conditioning at all very depressing

Was charged for a second night because my phone booked a stay while in my pocket and hotel would not refund my money. Terrible service.

Overall experience we good. The rooms need updating of furniture, fixtures, carpet, etc. The location was perfect for my visit.

Friendly and professional staff. Relatively safe place. Close to the metro station, antique book or food, beer & wine stores.

Sketchy neighborhood..place needs a facelift.
