Comfy and cute for the price. Front desk staff is very professional and very personable. Rooms are clean and comfy. Coffee maker in room filled with mildew and mold. So no tea for me. 1:2 outlets next to bed did not work. Breakfast was meh, over cooked food with limited selections. Very bland and very simple. I did stay on the weekend in October so very busy with Salem travelers. Over all not too bad.

Gour of us were in town for Salem Haunted Happenings. Had a late check-in and front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the fire pit. Rooms were spotless and Halloween decorations throughout the hotel were tasteful and fun. Breakfast was good and got us ready for a day of walking around Salem. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had the best time! It was the perfect complement to our visit to Salem, and the kids were so sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was SO friendly!! Everyone we interacted with was behind kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was decorated cute for Halloween and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable at all! If they replaced those it would have been perfect!

Very clean and surprisingly, very comfortable bed! I had never stayed on a Best western before. But after not being able to find a hotel in downtown Boston due to some event hiking the prices up… We had to stay on the outskirts and this was available at a reasonable price.
The downside was we arrived very early in the morning since our flight got into town super early. And the service desk was not budging at all on letting us get a room and check in early. We travel often and almost all of the time they will offer a room earlier than the stated check in time. But in this instance, he refused without a charge to let us have a room any earlier than four. So we dropped our bags off behind the desk, and ready and cleaned up in the hotel bathroom after traveling to head out. Of course that sucked and was extremely awkward… But we had to make the best of it.

This place is amazing and so handy for uber/lyft into Salem. Rooms are spacious and immaculate with great service from the team. At reception there are hot drinks availbe 24/7 including coffee, tea & hot chocolate (water for tea comes from a seperare tap so no coffee flavoured tea thankfully!) Now to breakfast... amazing quality, variety and really well kept. We got well fed to set us up nicely for the day. Pleabty of car paeking spaces as well. This place is just perfect with lots of food options less than a 5 minute drive, plus a nuce shopping mall close by too. You wont regret booking it

The driveway was being paved and they called me while in Salem to move car, told them I wouldn't be back for awhile. they then called me at 7:30 in the morning to do it, they could have left a message on phone to do it.
