Staff were inexperienced incompetant. We are merchandise taken from our room and when reported staff accused us of being liars.

Confortable beds, good location

I got in the room thinking they forgot to swipe the floor. I got downstairs to ask a housekeeper to found out there was none. So I did the job myself to realize it was not dust on the floor but mice poo!!!! So I inspected the room to find a lot of it in every corner of the bathroom and entrance. So it was not an overnight thing... Went down with the news with a 30$ discount offer on the room... The hotel was fully book and other hotels were way too expensive to move. So I had to sleep with a mouse or more... Nobody to help with the issue. I got a low discount on the room. It was an overall disappointing experience. I could not believe no one's noticed before that there was mice poo in the room. I took a video and pictures.

Can-do attitude of staff. This is the number one factor in managing a hotel. Layout of room and availability of walk-in shower for my husband. Comfort of beds and pillows. Cleanliness of rooms and overall facility. Quality and selection of breakfast foods, and large, attractive eating space. Outdoor sitting patio and indoor pool. Operating Windows to let in fresh air.

I honestly can't think of anything which I didn't like!

It was clean and the location was convenient and the facilities were up to date. Felt quiet and safe. Free breakfast was very good.

Not the hotel, but travelling in the whole Boston area was a bit stressful. Traffic is horrible everywhere, and things are really expensive there.

First of all breakfast was amazing each day we stayed everyone in staff was helpful and friendly. Place was always clean even with repairs being done. Beds are comftable and of course location was great we where about 10min drive to many things like Salem walmart comedy clubs

We had a fire alarm go off staff did not know what to do please train better God forbid was a real event. We was left outside in cold for 2hrs. When asked for a late check out due to that was told just absolutely no. Definitely expected them to work with us a bit more on that.

Great service from staff and accommodations for my mom and I and my 9 month old twins! The breakfast was especially good and the property is beautiful. I have been staying at this location for the last 11 years and it’s the best now as a Best Western Plus
