Worst check-in ever, reservation made online & had to do it all again when we arrived. Then found out 2nd day that keys didn't work cuz they were only set for single nite stay instead of double nite stay. No binder in room with info on motel, restaurants or things to do!! Hate remote, hard to press buttons!! Coffee & food was ok but bananas were very bad (rotten).

Check in was great. It was busy, but the front desk moved us through efficiently. Please have a look at the elliptical machine in the work-out room as it is making a grinding noise. Also the speed adjust on the treadmill next to the TV doesn't work. The second treadmill was already in use. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good.
I don't understand the hourly charge if you stay past 11am. That feels ridiculous and a little petty as at one time typical checkout was at noon. The social distancing signs could probably come down.

Older hotel that has been slightly updated. Beds were ok. Our room was pretty large. Plenty of seating. Could use a bigger TV.

Very clean, well-maintained hotel. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. The bathroom had a heat lamp and exhaust fan. The pool and hot tube were very nice. Excellent front desk staff.

The room itself was ok. The outside of the building was dirty. The hallways and the stairs have stained carpet and were dirty. Needs some serious attention.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Walls were a little thin--I could hear someone talking and laughing next door and they didn't seem to be raising their voice. I drowned it out with the constant fan option on the A/C.

This was a great little hotel. Bed and pillows were fantastic!! The hotel was not perfect, but great, especially for the price. If you don't want a $60/night hole in the wall but don't want to pay $200 a night for brand new everything, this was perfect. Rooms were a little small and our smelled a tiny bit musty but once we turned on the air it was fine. Very clean, very tidy. All the signed of remodel were better than I've ever seen. Great craftsmanship. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was diligent, friendly and upbeat. And very helpful.

Low rates, breakfast, easy access to activities downtown. Very polite and responsive staff. The carpets definitely need cleaning, however bathrooms and rooms themselves were clean.

This property has a hot breakfast and is clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the hotel is located right next to a nice family restaurant. It is also very close to Viterbo University. The only issue I had was that my back was injured and the beds were a little too high. I had to climb up into the bed. I am 5'4".

We booked this reservation as an extension of our stay and the person staying ended up having to leave and they wouldn’t let us keep the room and put a different person in the room. The front desk manager at one point said sarcastically that we could put someone else in the room but the hotel was not going to clean the room so the new person could sleep in a dirty bed. Wow. Great customer service.

Prior to checking in, I realized that I booked the wrong hotel location. Tried to modify or cancel my booking so I could be closer to my destination. I was told they would not authorize any modification or cancellation. Manager said they don’t cancel reservations even though the website says I could receive a partial credit. Hotel room on the second night smelt like cigarette smoke and weed. Noisy from party as well.

A bit overpriced for the quality, upon check in another guest whom just checked in had to come back to the desk to swap rooms because the room was stinky. I was concerned we would have the same issue and we did, upon entry it was very musty and humid. We had the AC running for atleast 5 hours before getting into the bed in which the sheets were damp. The bathroom fan only made a loud noise but didn’t suck any steam out after shower. The room next to us had a connecting door and you could hear everything they were doing and talking about.

We stayed at this property in the past and had a wonderful experience. It is clean, safe, and the staff is always friendly.
I should have known to book this hotel in the first place for our trip this time instead of cheaping out and booking somewhere else for the low price. We still ended up at this property because the cheap hotel was exactly that - cheap, run down, and in an unsafe location. Grateful there was a room available here to check into. It was just as nice, safe, and friendly as our first visit. Hands down, this will always be our stopping place when traveling through La Crosse.

This hotel as adequate..... It was clean but the bathroom towels were just ok. Really nothing was wrong.
The price was better than other hotels in the area.

It’s conveniently located with easy access to the interstate. Rooms were clean and the property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and I liked the ease of checking out with texting.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I liked the spacious bathroom. I would recommend this place.

This hotel was not the worst I have stayed in but also was far from the best. Our room was quiet and the staff were very friendly but there was a few crickets in the room and it was humid and had an odd smell. Probably won’t stay here again.
