I was in a room that was the only room. It was across from the office and laundry room and next to the exit to parking lot. Very noisy and not comfortable from a safety standpoint.

Wonderful front desk staff RJ! Hotel clean and safe, nice aesthetic touches throughout, fun pool. Only complaint was mattress was rock hard & TV’s a little outdated. Smart TVs with streaming services would be nice.

Very quiet

The stay was just fine. Nothing really positive sticks out. My wife and I got away for one night. Our checkin was easy. Overall, the room was way overpriced for what was offered. I've stayed at many Best Westerns that were on par with this hotel for a fraction of the cost. Three negative things that stood out: One of the two elevators sounded and felt like a death trap. A third of the TV channels were digital, but there was no digital signal so the channels were "greyed" out. And the one digital channel that did work (HBO) cut out every two seconds and was impossible to make out the show we wanted to watch. The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the room next to us cough every five minutes. We were given a room at the end of the hall next to the stairwell and we heard the door slam every time someone used the stairs. You would think people would have some common courtesy, but we could hear all sorts of noise all night. Let's just say it wasn't a great night of sleep.

The hotel was beautifully clean and very comfortable- great bedding. I’ve also never seen such a uniformly friendly and efficient staff! I stayed for 10 nights while taking care of a family member nearby, and the consistency of service was wonderful.

Bedding choices were poor. We stayed cold most of the night because no comforters are offered - so if you want warmth you have to turn on one of those super noise hotel fan heaters. No breakfast offered, other than pay for a prepackaged sandwich. Basic internet is free. Parking is easy and available.

The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The update done to the hotel is amazing, it’s a gorgeous property. My only complaint was the pillows, they were very hard.

It was a very clean and well maintained facility at a reasonable price.

The lobby and common areas smell like a nursing home. I thought that I'd have to check out immediately but the front desk informed me that the rooms had been recently renovated. The rooms were nice. The bedding and mattresses were above average. I had a problem with the AC which seemed to malfunction at night. This was disruptive and caused sweaty conditions in the middle of the night. I informed the front desk. It wasn't fixed during my stay.

It was ok didn’t really like the fact that there was no bath robes and no complementary breakfast other then oranges, bananas,juices and coffee every thing else’s u had to pay and they don’t say that u need a down deposit for the room after u already booked it

Enjoyed our stay and the staff kept the linens and towels and bathroom very clean but the carpeting was older and dated and needed an upgrade. Trouble with air conditioning unit thermostat. Pool area was lovely. Bar fridge did not work.

The hotel felt cozy and modern. The staff was friendly and accomdating.

Room was dirty at check-in, garbage, wet towels and hair on beds. Our belongings went missing from the room. Desk said there was no record of our payment.

Cute hotel. Modern touch. Somewhat dated rooms but super clean! I don’t mind older properties as long as they are clean which this hotel was spotless. Great value and polite staff.
