The Front Desk Staff were very good in terms of their friendliness and desire to address our concerns as customers. As for what I didn’t like, 1) The pay-on-site amount was $10 higher than what Travelocity quoted (refunded at checkout), 2) the room-keys were prematurely deactivated so I had to go back to the Front Desk to have them reactivated, 3) the Front Desk phone was not working properly so the Staff couldn’t properly communicate with guests when the Front Desk Staff were called from the room phones & 4) the ice machine was not working at all.

As a single guy I was fine. My family would never stay there had they been with me. Hotel wasn’t super clean, but it’s expected at a motel. You need some bug spray for sure. If not for that it’s manageable for the price. Very glad I had a 9 with me though. Literally had a car with bullet holes in the windshield pull up and park beside my car. Definitely some junky that may or may not have been staying there. He left after he saw what was on my hip but still… I was up every few hours just to check that my car was still there. This was a last minute booking for my kids ball game. It was close to the fields but that was the only “perk” I can give the place.

Only good for stopping on a long trip to sleep. Tub old. Shower curtain stained. Long mirror sitting on floor against wall instead of hung up. Sketchy clientele. Everything else by it was sold out

The room was already occupied. The beds were completely destroyed and the room was not cleaned. I went back to the front desk to inform the clerk and she stated no staff was available to clean the room. It was the last room available at their site. Have not heard from anyone that was supposed to contact me for my refund. Terrible!

Refrigerator leaked, bugs in room, no pool or breakfast as advertised

The staff was very nice. But some how my room was assigned to someone else after I was already in the room. Big mix up.

Staff was super friendly and facility was clean but there were hooligans playing loud music and loitering on the hotel property and I saw a live roach in my room.

When i arrived at the hotel after my long day i go to check in and head to my room and its not the room i reserved. I go back to front desk tell them my room is wrong she said thats what i booked. I told her NO and showed my reservation and she said oh the morning person changed it. So i said how do you change my reservation and NOT notify me of the change. The lady couldnt and did not answer. Mind you they have already charged my card before i even checked in! Whole time the front desk lady is on the phone with her boss and Mr Patel had not a care in the world what was going in his hotel and they didnt refund me my money!

I always have a decent stay at Motel 6. The staff is very respectful and accommodating when applicable.

I wish before paying for my room that the hotel had no toilet paper at all. To me that is bad for business

There was damage in my room other than that it was clean

Just needed a place to sleep. This fit the bill. I wasn't in love with the mattress, but everything else was just fine

It was ok. Not terrible but smelled of smoke. Met our needs and allowed dogs. They are remodeling so that is nice.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews; however, it turned out to be clean, quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The concierge was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will stay in this Super 6 again.

Water under the flooring in the bathroom. Bed was hard

There is a house keeper that has evidently been a problem before. This morning before I was required to check out he knocked on my door, as commonly happens, when I told him I was given an extra 30 minutes to check out by the manager when I checked in the night before he began screaming at me. He was aggressive and rude and I was honestly afraid of him. I reported this to the front desk, after fleeing the room. The woman there said this has happened multiple times. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!

Toilet was absolutely disgusting. It had dried pee and pubic hair on it. Grosses room I’ve stayed in in years

I do not think i should have to wait to be checked in while the front office staff gets high. She smelled so heavily of pot it was giving me a headache. Our room smelled so bad my kids would not stop complaining and they were asleep when we went in.

Too many people standing outside my door making too much noise laye in the night!

Someone smoke was going into my room please help
