Room had a hint of smoke odor. There pool was closed in July.

Smelled Smokey in the whole building and much worse in the room.

Everything was fine. My check in clerk was very pleasant and accommodating

The hotel was new, friendly staff,

Low toilets, cleanliness of room, cold food at breakfast (omelets and biscuits)

The Internet was out. I tried to check out and have my credit card reimbursed. They refused it took something like four days to get the money returned to my credit card. I don’t appreciate them using my money for free for four days. I will never stayed another Fairfield Inn

Bed was too firm for us.

The heating system was horrible; in that it took hours to warm the rooms. I truly believe, it dealt with temps being below 20. All the rooms seem to be having those problems. Front desk was made aware AND I appreciate the response to my concerns. Thanks, so much.

Could smell cigarettes or strong odor in the building Paper thin walls. The room next to us left the TV on all night and we had a hard time sleeping.

Clean and comfortable.

Refrigerator was not on and we didn't realize that until it was too late. Lost fruit.

My room was the king suite and it was nice. However, it had a really weird/not pleasant smell and the room itself felt awfully damp. Almost as if there was too much moisture in the air.

I usually stay at this hotel every time I visit Dublin and have a good experience; but this last visit the room wasn’t very clean and the rug was vacuumed well. there no snow soap in the bathrooms and when I asked they said they just didn’t have any. the breakfast was almost nonexistent and the coffee was cold! when I asked if coffee could be made fresh, the answer was no. my bad my room smelled of smoke, the microwave didn’t work properly and there’s so much ice in the mini fridge I couldn’t put anything in it. when I expressed all my to the front desk all I got was thank you for your feedback
