Breakfast was ok; location was ok, not at all sketchy, on the main drag with other hotels etc; fairly quiet and cozy.

Building maintenance could be better, like tilework and sheetrock work (wall covering something like wallpaper bubbling sort of off walls like maybe some water damage behind it in lobby area), tilework in bath not nice seams and grouting. Nothing serious, just not nice and neat. Internet was slow, like a hotspot rather than high speed broadband.

Was fairly quiet, accommodated my request, has laundry facilities available close to restaurants

Bed was a bit soft for my liking, hole in the shower wall, light by the bed did not work.

The sheets on the bed was damp. They were not completely dry. The carpet was horrible and had black spots everywhere. There was visible mold on the ceiling and window seal. The room smelled like it was mildewed. There were roaches in the room. An the chair was filthy and nasty. We asked for another room. once we moved to another room it was worst and the door would not close. This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Difficulty checking in, room smelled moldy, NO ice

Breakfast was simple; cereal, waffles, breakfast bars and honey buns, 2 juices and coffee. This hotel was a good value for the money.

Bathroom ceiling was moldy. Carpet was stained.

Easy access to intersecting larger roadways. Convenient to many locations to shop and eat. City of Dublin has a bit of history and many interesting old buildings.
