The condo we stayed in was overall in terrible shape- stains on the walls, ceilings & floor and the exterior of the kitchen cabinets flight. The bathroom was covered in mildew and was dark and dank. Every single light switch and plug in cover was absolutely disgusting and black with dirt or years of washing. The appliances were in desperate need of replacement and the hearth around the fireplace broken. The pool area was neat, but unfortunately that’s about all this place had going for it. The linens were clean. Absolutely would not stay again.

Could have had more than one person on front desk. Stood there 20 minutes while agent on phone, answered every possible question for someone planning to come another time. Not their fault (good service actually) but frustrating to wait so long for check in.

Dated mountain lodges. Cute and cozy-ish but in dire need of updates and repairs.. and a good scrub.
Staff was lovely and welcoming, there’s a wood fire place and wood + starter kit is included. Complimentary bus tickets to get around town and touristy destinations like the Banff gondola. Dated hot tub with beautiful mountain views. Good pressure in the shower with Rocky Mountain soap, clean towels.
BUT, very thin walls ( we did not sleep, we could hear the neighbors laughing and partying into the night, then when finally shut down, proceeded to snore and fart all night) uncomfortable itchy bed, crusty floors sofa and bedframe, dents on walls, funky carpet smell, barely working “appliances”, not a full kitchen (one little pot, one scratched up pan, no cooking utensils) we could barely make breakfast. Beautiful hot tubs but the bottoms paint is scaling and I cut my foot on it. Would only stay there again after they do a solid renovation.
The resort has a lot of potential but just desperately need some TLC.

Love this property, have been here many times, always a enjoyable experience. Love the location, hot tubs. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. Customer service is great, got a free room upgrade and free bottle of wine. Roam passes included, makes for a good time. would revisit soon.

Such a lovely resort! Me and my boyfriend loved our stay, the staff was very informative and helpful when needed. Rooms do need a little upgrade but tbh i kinda liked the cabin feel to it, it was clean and equipped with alot of cooking essentials aswell. Loved the outdoor hottubs and the room fireplace is such a nice touch. Overall would come back again!

The property is extremely outdated. Very stinky and dirty. The pool is beautiful but that’s the only compliment I would give this hotel.

I have stayed at this resort several times and I always love it overall. The location is beautiful, hot tub area and the view from there is amazing. The units have great kitchen facilities which is so nice to not have to eat out in Banff for every meal. This time we brought our dog and they welcomed her with a dog bed and dog dishes waiting in our room for her, as well as a dog treat at check-in. Nice touch!
The only two complaints I have are the lack of parking (it’s almost impossible if you have a truck, even if you can find a parking stall most of them are small) and our pull-out couch was actually broken. We couldn’t even pull it out for my son to sleep on. Other than that, we loved our weekend stay and definitely will be back!

This is the most overpriced property we have stayed at in our 5 weeks of travel! We thought paying this much a night we would get a clean functioning safe room. It is extremely dated, and needs a deep clean. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. I have never seen so much silicone in showers/bathroom. Clearly a waterproofing issue - A light switch and a Powerpoint both sparked when turned on near downstairs bathroom. Wallpaper coming off walls and couch stained. Partying guests till 11.30pm and not monitored by staff. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here. Very disappointing

Warm Welcoming by staff Pooja and few others.unique hot water pool in open facing mountain experience. Kids treated with freezey and hot chocolate.
Rooms need little updates including minor fixing here and there. We stayed in 325 had great view. Minor hike/trails surrounded.
Room service with restocking / cleaning was very nice quick and amazed with response.
All keep in mind Banff is nature place so keeping door open and complaining bugs in room is not good.
Enjoy nature and its view.

We had a great second stay at Hidden Ridge Resort. It was busy so parking was at a premium. Our condo was clean, however the bathrooms could use a bit of a reno as there was only one pot light with dark tile on the floor and walls, so it was hard to see in there. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in our unit, which was handy to dry our wet clothes. The hot tub area is great as well. These condos are a great place to stay with a larger group.

The room was dark and dated. Furniture and carpets were soiled. Bathroom had mold in shower. Windows had cobwebs in wells and dirty. Would not recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing in all aspects, from the welcoming at the reception from “Alex”, whom was very polite and helpful, that evening the Mountain View from the hot tub was stunning and mesmerizing I will definitely look forward to stay at this place again when I come back to Banff

Tired, unloved, poorly maintained property that promised to be so much. Rooms were incredibly dusty, fly screens broken, windows don't open, curtains don't close.
This property is a ski chalet that has not been updated in at least 20 years and is showing it. For an Expedia VIP property it is very disappointing.

Was an overall great experience. Very cute property. Only complaint is the floors were sticky (took 2 days to get cleaned) and room wasn't as clean as I would like. No AC, a little outdated but doesn’t matter if you’re spending your time outdoors
