I have stayed here a few times and I have enjoyed it every time. The woman at the reception desk is always smiling and helpful. It is in a good location next to the freeway. Any further south and the freeway traffic is terrible.

We had a great experience staying here. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern looking. Loved all the lighting options. Usually there is not enough lights, but so many lamps and ambient lighting was really cool! Also, so many outlets, which were so continently located. The beds were comfortable. The food for the breakfast was good. I do always wish there were more waffle makers, but that is always the case no matter the place. Also, one thing, for me personally would be better drink options. The OJ didn’t taste good to us. We would have also loved to see a hot chocolate option in the coffee machine, especially for the kiddos, but we love it too. Thank you!! It was a great stay!!

It's not a fancy hotel but it has clearly been refurbished and the property and rooms are terrific overall. Clean everywhere. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Easy parking. McDonalds next door, convenience store on the corner, Taco Bell and Pastrami place across the street. Good breakfast. Ice machines on every floor. Room fridge new and clean. Microwave. Luxurious bed linens and pillows. Big screen tv with YouTube streaming option. This will be my go-to in the area for sure. Kudos to the management!

People were very nice. I was grumpy when I arrived for personal reasons. Katie at the front desk was very kind, understanding and a good listener. *You have to ask for your room to be cleaned FYI. I ended up leaving $165 in the pocket of an old pair of shorts the morning I left. I threw then away. When I realized what I had done. I called back and got Katie. Although I was rude to her, she was very kind and empathetic. She went through maid cars, old trash and checked other places looking for my shorts and money. ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. I had already left. She wasn't able to find the shorts. But I was able to apologize for being rude days before. Please give her a raise or promotion! Lastly. F the breakfast. hahaha. Nasty and you will never even get close anything edible. But again, Katie was awesome to me and a total blessing.

This place was great! I typically stay in nicer hotels and was a little concerned booking this place, but the whole property was clean and the service was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would absolutely stay there again.

We loved this hotel, traveled with partner and had no problems whatsoever. Enjoyed a kind phone call to confirm our stay, easy check in, clean room and amazing renovations. Our favorite part was the bathroom in our room. Free parking but fills up towards late night. Free breakfast and a restaurant as well! Will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel smelled really clean.

The entire first floor smelled like curry. There is an Indian restaurant attached to the building and they have a door to the Hotel that’s always open. The entire first floored smell. There were 2 different occasions where we didn’t have hot water. They also charged us double, but were waiting to see if some of the charges will drop off.

We stayed two nights and I loved that the parking and breakfast was included. Breakfast was really good. Location was quiet. We had a problem with our toilet but maintenance fixed it right away. Only thing is that they never cleaned our room. I tooked out the trash and asked front desk for trash bags. I had read this in reviews too. Other than that hotel smelled and looked clean. I would stay there again.

Please don't bother staying this hotel/motel. The property is old motel cover on modern touch that trick our eyes. Depressing environment. However, I made of a 2 night of reservation. Once, I arrived there and entering front entrance, I immediately thought, I made a mistake. Old smell, unwelcoming staff and etc. My room was on second floor with balcony with large room I paid 135.00 for each nights. The shower water pressure are extremely low and no cold water. I brought it to front desk and they send me a repair guy. he said there is notig cant do because its old property. It very hot weather and I had to showered with hot water. I brought it up again to the next day front desk staff. they just say sorry, that was it. I need to extend another 2 more days but I decided not to bother and to change to different hotel. guess what, I ended up much better hotel with even a little lower fare. I usually not leave a review kind of guy but this hotel experience was aweful and I feel fooled. Please look for another hotel in the area, not this hotel.

A vape was stolen from our counter during a cleaning that was only upon request, and we had not requested anything and it was only our second night. All of our personal belongings were moved as well as the before mentioned vape(because stuff was on floor bed etc and they cleaned everything: made bed refilled little toilet paper decor replaced towels etc) I told the hotel about it and they insisted none of the staff smoked, and that no one would do that here. Frankly that’s a little too mom and pop language for me, they had a full working staff that changed everytime I was there so I know there are numerous workers and I can’t imagine a desk clerk being aware of all of their ins and outs and so that was not my concern since it did not matter. I had seen the vape on the counter before we left and came home to it gone. Secondly, I was told they’d show me the camera footage of my hallway but never did, they offered me another night with a discount of like 40 dollars which amounted to the same price I paid for my avg a night. (Wednesday Thursday compared to a Friday pricing). Of course I knew that once our belonging was taken, it wasn’t going to be returned to us however I wish there was more acknowledgment, accountability and apologies because I feel like I got swindled. Not to mention, it was my boyfriend surprise hotel trip, it was his birthday, and it was HIS vape. This was a bummer especially since it’s in the area and I loved this location beforehand. 😞

It was great! Clean and comfortable. The only bummer was that our room was NEVER cleaned and towels etc were never refreshed. We stayed for three nights so this was surprising and disappointing. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at tidys and refreshes essentials daily so we felt this was strange and should be disclosed to customers before booking.

Clean room and many selections for breakfast

Definitely exceeded my expectations, maybe it was the specific location but it was just like any other decent hotel. Clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing.

The air Conditioner in the hall, appeared to be out when we checked in. It was over 80° in the hall, and the air conditioner in our room was completely turned off. It took all day for the room to slightly cool down. Then we realize there was a huge gap under our door, letting out all the cold air. Nothing was fixed, finally we just stuffed a towel under the door to keep the cold air in.

I was happy with my stay. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the cleaning service did not come and caused me to ask for the items I needed from the front desk.

This property was advertised as a pet-friendly facility. At check-in, I was told that a pet would be OK at an additional charge of $ 35.- per night. Very disappointing! I will not choose this facility again!
