Everything was good except the beds are very creaky whenever you move. Our room seemed very clean except the rug between the beds smelled of urine.

Run down, ceiling paint peeling off, stained sheets and comforters, pillows as thin as paper, beds make horrible noise due to a stupid metal base, mattress is super uncomfortable, lamp shades ripped or stained. All ice maker machines in the building I stayed in out of order. Water pressure NON EXISTENT in the shower. Honestly, they should refund me some money. This property needs to be gutted and remodeled.

I got there late but in the check in window. They gave me the wrong room and the tv did not work. Acted surprised when i said something and did not even apologize. He knew when he gave me the room.

I would stay there again.

Not in the best area, little sketchy but honestly for the price it was really not bad at all. Very chill stay, had a great time!

Most noisy and uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever had in a hotel. The springs were loud with every movement. Constantly awakened us both. Mattress was also very saggy. Does Red Roof not have standards they enforce on their individual locations? We’ll not try this brand ever again.

Only issue is I was only one told a 50$ deposit for room I sat by front desk not once did I hear anyone get told about deposit other than issue room was cool nice size

Room Was Clean Apparently But In The Bathroom There Was Hair Everywhere

It's a good place to stay.

Room was clean. No microwave or frig. The bed springs need oil!!! They made so much noise. Room did it purpose for a tournament. The elevator kept opening all night. Hallway stank but room smelled good. Area was safe and easy located to shopping and eating.

Enjoyed my stay, staff was nice.

The front desk staff greeted me with the enthusiasm of a Jawa finding a shiny new droid part. They didn't even flinch at my armor or ask about the blaster burn marks—true professionals. The room itself was a real treat. Spacious enough to maneuver in full armor, and the bed? Let’s just say it’s softer than the Emperor’s robes. I’ve spent nights on cold Death Star floors, so sinking into that mattress was a hyperdrive jump to heaven. Cleanliness? Spotless. You could eat off the floor, though I wouldn't recommend it—my helmet restricts that sort of thing. But the attention to detail was as precise as a droid’s calculations. Amenities were in full supply. A mini-fridge for my rations, a holo-TV for catching up on the latest galactic news, and free Wi-Fi strong enough to upload imperial orders without a hitch. And the hot shower? Perfect for washing away the sand from Tatooine or the grime from Endor’s forests. As for the location, it’s as strategic as an Imperial blockade. No refrigerator in the room Noisy air conditioner Hallway had a strange smell

It is a good hotel

The elevator had an extremely strong smell of marijuana as well as the hallway of our room. The room itself smelled like mold and mildew as well as having most of the ceiling paint peeling off. There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. There was also no breakfast provided like the website said. I am very disappointed in the hotel booking and will never come back to this hotel.

Water was luke warm. Room smelled a little musty when i first opened the door.

The window to the room did not lock. And the trash on the ground along the backside of the building which is where the window view was

The property says, its smoke free but weed and smoke smell every where. The carpets are very dirty. The first room they gave us has high smoke smell and cannot stay with kids. The staff is nice and they gave a new room. But that also not much good(Bed is not good and dirty carpets). They have to improve the cleanness and also smoke free. Not good for staying with Kids. Except the nice staff, overall not a good experience.

Reception was pleasant. Was down hill from then on. Deodorant in room overwhelming and the floor in room was dirty as shown by mud in the tub when I showered. I was awakens at midnight by staff about a billing problem that could have been corrected at checkout. When I checkout the first clerk I spoke to said there was no problem and did nothing. The second printed the receipt and admitted that a billing error had been corrected after the nidnight call and apologized for the error and call. I cannot recommend the hotel.

The light in the bathroom did not work: Upon touching the fixture we found out it was full of water. Complained about the light many times. 2 days later we brought our luggage down and a VIDEO and demanded to change rooms. That was accommodated and a nights refund. Waiting to see the refund.

Room is clean, but without refrigerator, microwave or hairdryer. The elevator and areas were dirty. We were there two nights. Looks like no one responsible to clean elevator or surrounding areas.

Front desk was amazing and super courteous! But everything else? Terrible. I had to explain to my kids what the smell was throughout the stairwell and hallways on the way to our room, so that was interesting. The bed was uncomfortable and extremely squeaky, and the walls were so thin I could hear banging and talking all night long. We only stayed from 11pm to 7am, but thank goodness it wasn’t any longer.
