Staff were very attentive and friendly. They were professional when other guests were rowdy and always had a smile. Breakfast was our favorite part of our stay, there were options for everyone. Rooms and hallways were clean

I was very pleased with my stay we did stay until he 4 floor and it could get a noisy from the outside traffic but the view was amazing we got to see the fireworks from Sea World.. The gentleman at the front counter was super nice at check in we will d definitely stay here again in the future .

Very nice bathroom, bed is a bit small, service staff is very friendly and attentive, dining environment is a bit crowded, breakfast is delicious, my husband likes their waffles, overall it is a good experience！

Great place for families. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast was nice too. Parking spaces are a little tight but we never had a hard time finding a spot. Housekeeping by request only and they want 24 hrs notice for the request. The location is great- within a few minutes of Sea World, beaches, and Old Town. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

It was very good, we enjoyed the stay, staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean . Only issue was the small refrigerator didn’t work, but since we had ice and a portable freezer bag we didn’t bother having it checkout. Check in and check out was very smooth. Enjoyed the facilities

Overall our stay at the Hampton Inn was good! Our room was clean and comfortable. We did get placed in a handicap accessible room and I probably should have switched only due to the roll-in accessible shower…it allowed water from the shower to spray out and over the floor because the curtain didn’t come all the way to the floor. The water really couldn’t be contained. The only other issue we had was that the TV in the room was extremely dark with no way to adjust the screen brightness and no one available to help us fix the situation when we wanted to just watch some tv after a long day. We had to resort to watching Netflix on our iPad. Those were the two small problems we had during our stay. The included breakfast was great! A lot of hot entree options were available and the coffee was good as well. We didn’t utilize the pool and outdoor area but it looked inviting and other guests and kids were enjoying the space and having a great time. The staff were genuinely the nicest people we encountered. Everyone we spoke to were extremely friendly and professional and they go above and beyond to help. I would stay here again when in the area.

All other hotels paying over 200 gives you free parking this place charges you 25 a night. Also super small parking spots. Winter with no dents came home with six dents in my car doors.

Rooms are not quiet. We had to keep the fan on at all times - otherwise we heard people through the adjoining walls. Area around the hotel is unsafe. Lots of homeless and litter everywhere.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful and spotless. The continental breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. However, the room service was disappointing. I requested additional hand towels at 9:30 PM, but never received them.

Had an issue with the room and the staff was quick to address it. Parking fee is a bit expensive.

One of the comfiest rooms and beds I've enjoyed in a while. The only thing I was upset about is the $25 to park there.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating upon check in as it was spontaneous and got in after midnight. Breakfast was excellent and food was delicious. Very happy with my stay. Will be coming back
