Pleasant stay in Cheyenne. Was a block away from the venue we went to for a concert so convenient location.

We did not realize when we booked our room that they were undergoing extensive remodeling, but the rate they gave us compared to other hotels in the area was just too good to bypass. AND the breakfast in the morning was outstanding!!

Didn’t have a king that we reserved, gave us a queen with no discount and the queen wasn’t even a queen bed! Room was right next to the door to parking lot and ice machine with constant traffic! We were there for 4 hours and just checked out and left! Never again!

Was not going to make it till after midnight. My wife called had them book the room and when I got there they had my keyed ready to go! Great service!

Generic stay. Dog pee in the elevator on day. Kids candy spill the next. Avoid overall. Spend a few extra dollars for somewhere nice.

They are in the middle of renovations but even those rooms that are not renovated are clean and comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. The hotel does a good job of keeping the renovation areas out of the way of guests. Rooms are well maintained and quiet. I can’t wait to stay in a renovated room!

Buffet Breakfast included with the Room was excellent. They had plenty of Gluten-free options for the one person in our party which included GF sausage potatoes and eggs.
They offered Breakfast Burritos and Green Chili for another person in our party. Room was respectable, but not overly fancy. They are currently doing renovations. The staff was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun place as it’s a conference. Enter so there is a bar, restaurant, and huge open area with a beautiful fireplace . Nice pool area too.

Comfortable, clean and our sons enjoyed swimming in the indoor swimming pool.

Very dated and dirty. Bathrooms in room are dingy with dirt in corners, small bits of trash around. Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Just overall a dirty and very dated hotel. We weren’t expecting 5 stars. Beds were clean and comfortable, pillows were thin.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. My only complaint was the internet. It was impossible to get onto the internet most of the time.
I was on vacation so it was only somewhat annoying but it was annoying.

Very dirty room. Remote was filthy and it didn’t even turn the tv on. Floors were dirty in the bathroom and carpet had many large stains. Coffee was spilled in a drawer and just left there. Very disappointing.

Just awful. Room was disgusting. The floor was ripped up, the carpet was just not clean, the furniture was not taken care of, and the ac didn’t work. The photos are photoshopped. Not only was the building disgusting, random people kept knocking on our door at 1am which freaked us out since we had our kids with us.

We were there for 2 nights for frontier days. The shuttle guy named Travis was so polite and respectful.. all employees were top notch. Waiting to book again for next frontier days.

Good stay. Front desk was lovely. Hotel was a bit dated - but it could also be that I was in the pet wing so expected - but clean and spacious. Would come back.

We tried to check in 45 minutes early for the 3 o’clock check-in. There were two women at the front desk just sitting there doing nothing. They said we could not check in till 3 o’clock and they would not even check if there was a room available.There must’ve been 10 or 15 other people that all rushed the desk at 3 o’clock.

This is a dated facility and the bed sheets had stains. The area is convenient and the included breakfast was good. Staff members were friendly.

Dirty, smelly, crappy breakfast, not enough towels, horrible condition of the bed and pillows. Stained carpet. Filthy hallways and elevators!

When we walked in the room the smell was so bad that we had to spray our own room deodorizer...Couch was SUPER STAINED and should have never been in the room...we reported this to housekeeping and she seemed to not care...very disgusting ...
