Great location! Very clean. Very nice rooms!!

Nice hotel with everything you could imagine for a four star hotel. Great hosts when it comes to service. No “work” desk in the room, which is a bit inconvenient when travelling work vice. Nice although small Gym, with all body capabilities. Sauna is not working, but is properly only under maintenance. Very good placement, very quiet and in walking distance from all major sights.

Room was really small - there was barely space to open my suitcase. And once I did I had to climb over the bed to get past it and out of the room. Maybe fine for a solo traveller but not a couple.

Staff were very helpful and the Green perk (free drink) program is a great idea.

We were told the parking garage at the hotel was full, had to use a parking garage down the street. The bathroom was set up so our toilet was in a very tight space facing a wall so the first time i went to sit on the toilet I bumped my forehead on the wall in front of me. literally just enough space for your legs between the toilet and the wall.

Housekeeping kept everything spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of the NH Collection Salzburg was the breakfast. The spread was diverse and of exceptional quality, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any dietary preferences and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. The location is another major plus. Situated right in the heart of Salzburg, the hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, including the historic Old Town and Mirabell Gardens. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, the convenience cannot be overstated. Overall, the NH Collection Salzburg exceeded all of my expectations. The combination of luxury, exceptional service, and prime location made my stay unforgettable. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg
