Nice service, great Air Conditioning, lovely back garden

The WiFi was unreliable. The bathrooms don’t provide much privacy and when you turn on the bathroom light at night it lights up the entire room.

Location is great. walking distance to Fortress Hohensalzburg & Salzburg old town.

The put me in a room I didn't reserve. I guess they double booked and couldn't care less. The shifted me to bedroom with windows that look straight onto a wall 3 feet in front! I asked to move. Then I realised what they had done originally. They offered me a free €17 breakfast. Unacceptable. I asked them in advance about the view. They said it's fine, it's over the garden. It was the car park. They lied to me repeatedly. The rooms are all directly above an Italian restaurant. So there is a constant smell of cheese and bolognese. No view of mountains or the castle. Hated my time there.

Very nice and comfortable room with heated floors. Nice modern kitchen with everything you need and a big wardrobe.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower floor hade pieces of hair so i suppose it wasn't cleaned after the last guest of the room...

Very nice and friendly staff, it was a pleasure interacting with them. The room looked good, and it was very clean. Also good breakfast, not a lot of options, but those that were there were good and tasty.

There is no shower door, which means if you use the shower, the entire floor gets wet. Also, the glass wall between the bathroom and the room was strange. Honestly, I can see most couples being ok with seeing the shower from the room, but the ENTIRE bathroom is too much. It also means that if you need to use the bathroom at night, you have to choose between going in the dark or waking up your partner, because if you turn on the light, the room also lights up.
