Sehr gute Lage des Hotels . Traumhafte Dachterrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Alt Stadt von Salzburg . Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal . Gutes Frühstück im Dachterrassen Restaurant, mit einer Auswahl bei der für jedem etwas dabei ist . Auf den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut !
Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden aus unserer Sicht . Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Rooftop Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick über Salzburg.
Durch die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, gibt es auch über die Nacht Verkehrslärm.

Sehr zentral.
Ich hatte eine Junior Suite. 1.Stock, Fenster direkt über einer geregelten Kreuzung. Bremsen,Anfahren -höllisch .. bis 4 Uhr morgens war schlafen nicht möglich. Die Ohrstöpsel vom Hotel (1) neben dem Bett haben nicht gepasst - ausserdem mag ich sowas nicht.
Hier stimmt das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Auch neu für mich, daß Eier ein zu bezahlendes Extra sind...

Punto di forza di questa struttura é sicuramente la posizione , a pochi minuti da tutto
Purtroppo diverse cose non mi hanno soddisfatto.
Siamo arrivati con una forte pioggia a Salisburgo e il personale chi ha indirizzato verso il loro parcheggio a 500 metri dall’hotel, che era disponibile solo per una notte ( caro, lontano e con poca disponibilità).
Il personale é molto freddo e non attento alle vere esigenze dei clienti. Siamo stati in terrazza ed abbiamo chiesto di fare un aperitivo ad un tavolo ed il personale ci ha fatto accomodare in un altro non panoramico in quanto quello da noi richiesto era da quattro , quando poi dopo 4 /5 minuti hanno fatto accomodare un altra coppia.

La sauna ha un costo extra
Onestamente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non sono affatto soddisfatta

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Parkplatz muss reserviert werden.

حجزنا هذا الفندق لقربة من قلب المدينة وايضا لوجود مرافق به وقريبة. الافطار يقدم بالدور السابع وله تراس يكشف لنا المدينة والقلعة القريبة في اوقات الصحو وعندما يكون الجو جميل نجلس للأكل بالتراس ولا تمل هناك.
آود ان اشكر جميع العاملين بلا أستثناء من الاستقبال الي خدمة الغرف والتنظيف واهمهم فريق العاملين بالمطبخ ( هؤلاء هم الجنود المجهولين حقا ) القائمين علي الخدمة بالمطعم، لهم منا أجمل تحية وتقدير

Location perfect. Price exorbitant probably because of festival time - double than after summer. Breakfast nice but worse than in comparable hotels. Very nice staff. Parking area good but nicely far.8

Great location. Views from the rooftop bar were fantastic. Great vibe, drinks and staff upstairs. Room was very comfortable and good views over the river and old town.

Location was good, very well presented and nice facilities and rooftop bar / restaurant area. Hotel was renovated with modern trendy vibe. Would recommend.
Rooms were quite small by comparison to the bathrooms - which were amazing but quite oversized compared to how small the bedroom space was.

staff were very helpful nice polite. we were upgraded to a suite bedroom was lovely great view of the castle. The hotel had beautiful roof top Bar with great views would recommend a stay or visit

The property was beautifully kept, our bedroom was lovely with the best shower I think I’ve ever used and the rooftop bar serves fantastic cocktails. the team were incredibly friendly and looked after us really well throughout our stay
There were only two things I didn’t like.
firstly the heating was set too high and couldn’t be turned down, we opened our window but it was above a bar which was open until around 3am and secondly I don’t think the breakfast was worth €30, we actually cancelled the second days as it just didn’t seem worth the money although the service was great and what was on offer at the buffet was nice quality I would just have liked a little more hot offers and choice

The view from the bar upstairs is extraordinary (outside area under renovation until March). The shower... Incredible! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, and the room was lovely and luxurious, with all kinds of extras like free drinks in the fridge, earplugs, nice deco and lighting, etc. I hope to be back soon!

the room was super clean, conveniently located, shops and restaurants around. you get to the old town just crossing the river. 5 mins walk. I would definitely come back to this hotel. we had a comfortable stay. thanks for the hospitality!
