Great stay for one night. The bed was comfy and it was convenient for us to be at Pomona Fairplex the following morning

Highly recommend rooms were really clean. Restroom was really clean. Staff was really friendly. The breakfast. The following day was excellent. Will recommend to come and stay for the weekend.

Toilet got clogged and was reported, but they never went to fix it. Also we requested housecleaning and no one went to do it.

The smell of bleach meets you ar the door and thats all you smell. It actually was not pleasant, it was so strong. The furniture is the room is so old; feels old; like a Motel 8. However, the bed was comfy. The carpet was gross, the dust was thick, the top of the nightstand was peeling. The room was RAN DOWN. I was so uncomfortable, i checked out before the rront desk folks were there. Before the sun came up. Not cozy at all

The room was fine where the main living space was. However, for the price per night I was paying I wouldd think attention to detail would be a priority. The doors and door jams were filthy especially by the handle of the bathroom door, there was moldy caulking in front of the sink faucet and in the corners of counter also around the top edge of the sink bowl under the counter which I spotted sitting from my bed, touch up paint wouldn't hurt either.

Our stay was very comfortable! Check-in was smooth and easy, and there was plenty of parking. The staff we interacted with were all friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing missing was a place to hang a towel by the sink. The hotel is located right off the freeway making it easy to come and go. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we’re visiting the area.

I was very well taken care of when checking in at the front desk by Roger who was very nice and professionell. I felt very welcome. The hotel was nice overall and we liked it a lot. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was a bit lame but worked for us. Nice staff. We can gladely stay here again.

Shower was clogged due to hair. I would think when the shower/bath is cleaned for next guest, they would see that the bath has slow drainage. Called at 8am to inform front desk, and advised maintenance doesn't come til 12pm, which is when I check out. They came and checked and had housekeeping come and take a look and finally a guy came and checked and got the snake and conclusion was that the drainage was due to hair clog. Otherwise, great hotel and everything else was clean.

This property needs to be painted on the interior and better maintained. Gym has falling apart or broken equipment, hallways and trim needs painting. Staff is very good and the main lobby is fine. Good breakfast but not close to any restaurants for walking.

The place looks nice, unfortunately it is infested wiht roaches and I couldn't say. I was given a different room on the opposite side of the hotel and as soon as we open the other room door there was a roach on the sink.

Very comfortable and nice. There is a train nearby, but the noise wasn’t annoying. I would recommend not getting a room near an exit door as that can be noisy. Overall, very nice place to stay with great staff.

La Quinta always has nice rooms. This hotel seems a little dated but still a nice place to stay

Everyone was nice. Sheets were clean. AC worked well. You can hear the building noises depending on which room you are in. The neighborhood is quiet and normal. Decent place.

It is an older hotel but you can tell they have put some love into it and try to keep it as modern as possibly.
Beds were comfy. Pillows sucked.

Breakfast was very childlike. Sweets like muffins juice cereal. Coffee available. Things you can get at costco.
Crowded and the worker just kept staring at everyone like a statue. Kinda uncomfortable.

Round the clock staff at the front desk. Staff (Roberto) was patient and able to explain the myriad of questions we had upon checking in (Thx). Quiet. The facility seems dated but still functional. Clean room. Simple Breakfast (included w/ stay) with diligent staff ready to keep everything topped off. Close to the Freeeway which makes traveling around easy.

While the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is just ok. The security of the hotel is subpar. Even though they say they have a security guard on duty from 10pm to 5am, a gate that you have to go through to park and "cameras for your security.Our vehicle had the tailgate stolen from it between hours of 10pm and 5am.
The police do not even bother coming out to take reports, and the hotel won't even look at the cameras if there is no report.
Again, the staff was very nice but I would never stay here again.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was ok, unfortunately no bacon. Room was clean, however A/C fan turns off after 5 min. We’ve stayed at this property before and had the same A/C issue in the previous room. It’s frustrating when trying to sleep at night, room will be cool for 5 minutes, then warm with stagnant air the rest of the time.

Convenient to Cal Poly Pomona. Check in was reported on Expedia as 3:00. Property stated in an email check in is at 4:00. Property wanted $30 to check in early at 1:00. Charged $5 for parking in an area that isn't busy. Not allowed to cancel reservations like at other properties I've booked on Expedia. So basically they want to nickel and dime you. Odd sulfur smell from the sink water. Room was clean and bed was good. WiFi was unreliable. I might consider another property if I need to stay near campus again but would do this one again if necessary.
