First off, we weren't supposed to stay at this hotel. The booking we made was for a different place, but the address took us to this location. So, Expedia, you need to fix your system. As for this place, the place looked alright, except for the air conditioning being down in the lobby...or at least that's what they said. It was actually down in the entire building. When we arrived in our room, we had no towels or toilet paper. It was late, so we ignored it, but the room was hot and it was difficult to get a decent night's sleep, even with the in-room unit. The next morning, when I called the front desk to request towels and toilet paper around 7:30am (on my cell phone, because the phone in the room wasn't working), we were told housekeeping would bring it up around 9am when they came in. After 9, we called again; we were told it would be soon. 15 or 20 minutes later, we were told they were still working on it. I eventually went out to buy toilet paper. No towels were ever brought to us, so neither my wife and I were able to get in a shower. My wife gave our three-year-old a bath and dried him off with one of her shirts. Around check out time, the manager was nowhere around. She left a single employee up front. This place was no even worth the Expedia price we paid, and if there is anyone worth anything, we'd get some of our money back for the incredible pain this was.

I do not recommend this place at all!!! They charged me a $200 deposit when I checked in, I already paid online the room fee. When I asked why they told me if I smoke in the room. I told the person at the fest we are non smokers and requested non smoking room. I went to the room and it stunk and smelled like cigarettes smoke and then I found ashes on the air conditioning unit. I went back to the front desk to tell them and they could not offer me another room. I requested my money back and was told since it was a third party through Expedia I would have to through them. I then told them I just paid you a deposit of $200 on my credit card, w want that returned immediately. We left and went to another hotel an hour away. Stay away from Days Inn suites of Wyndham in Tallahassee. :(

We were worried when we first arrived because there was no AC in the lobby or hallways. Our room did have AC so it was very comfortable. The breakfast was muffins and yogurt, but it was a decent selection. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the lobby and piano room. The place was clearly older, but it was very Grand and we really enjoyed our stay

The rooms are dirty and outdated. Good for one night if your just passing by not for múltiple days.

Just an ok place to stay for a night that didn’t cost too much.

Very old. Check in took way longer than it should have. Air in lobby was broken and it was 99 degrees so very uncomfortable for such a long wait. Then was sent to an uncleaned room so had to go back and get another.

The air conditioner was broken in the hotel so the hallways and lobby were hot. The continental breakfast was not what i expected.

The room was not very clean. The lights by the bed were very dusty and the bathroom counter was not clean. The lobby was hot because no AC but they did have a notice about it. The continental breakfast was unappetizing especially since you had hot bottles of water that should have been on ice or in a cooler.

The room smelled terrible and was very dirty. Bed sheets were badly stained and bathroom was dirty with opened and partially used bars of soap in shower and sink. Breakfast consisted of 8 pre-wrapped muffins sitting on a countertop without a working microwave even. Our experience was just terrible.

Shower wasn’t working. A light was out and the card they gave us wouldn’t open. We request a new one and they told us to not keep it close the phones. So we kept trying to get in and it took us a while until it read the card to access the room

Enjoyed our stay. Bfast was simple but adequate, beds where clean and comfortable and we weee within walking distance to a gas station and restaurants for ease. Building looks like an old hospital and there was a lack of proper ramps for wheelchairs/strollers even for bottom floor rooms.

The “breakfast” is a joke, yogurt, granola bars and a packaged pastry, and coffee. That barely reaches the level of a snack not a breakfast. “Free breakfast included” is a lie.

Old property, pool not working

We stayed here specifically because it had a pool but the pool was out of service! 😩

The check-in process was a disaster. Not a good system on keeping track of occupied rooms. Many rooms being assigned with guests already in them. Then keys were not working right to the rooms. Guy at the front desk was all by himself. I waited an hour then was told to wait even longer so he could do the people behind me. Need to get a computer system to help manage room assignments!!

I paid $59 for the night for the room. There was a clean bed in a clean room. There was nothing fancy or even new in, or about the room. It is obviously an old hotel with dated equipment, but it has fresh paint and was clean. The only issue I had was that the room was very humid. The chair felt damp and my skin began to feel sticky due to the high level of moisture in the room. And along with moisture comes smells that aren’t pleasing. I guess $68 (total with taxes and fees) for a clean, humid room is all I can expect these days.

Liked the convenient location and ease of check in and out. Dislike it felt old, warm and musty. AC unit room was rattling and sheets and pillows felt very used and old.

Do not book your next trip here. If you do, be sure you clarify with front desk BEFORE arriving that you have a room within the hotel/conference center. I did not and was given a room in the adjoining Motel rooms around to the side and back. Absolutely disgusting and noisy! I checked out early without any refund. Staff told me that I needed to read the “fine print” on the website! A total disgrace!

The hotel staffs have no customer service skills. She lied to me she was going to send someone to bring us the 3 towels I asked her for. 3 hours later I called her the front desk again she says housekeeper was not on site. She can not get the towels. She never brought us the towels. She basically denied me as the customer who paid for a room 3 towels. Me as the customer who paid for a room is not her priority to serve. The front desk even have posted a sign says if you need towels, coffee machine, etc. ask the front desk. This is a false advertisement.

The hotel itself was clean but the bathrooms were very dated. Need to renovate. Also, when booking one should be asked if they want an inside or outside room? Many upset patrons at the front desk.

The room was roomy and looked clean. However, the moldy smell was powerful. I checked in at 4:30. I lower the AC to see if it would help. I left right away. I came back after the graduation (midnight). The smell was so bad! I called the front desk, and they couldn’t help me. I called Expedia and got no help. I left at 6 am. The smell was unsafe. A mold problem for sure.

Pool wasn’t cleaned. Limited towels and rags. Breakfast was not like other places, I have visited.

Staff was attentive. Property is older and dated. Room maintenance is needed and service items addressed.
