Great service as I arrived. The lady at the desk was extremely friendly. Housekeeping was available when I needed them.

Stayed one night. It was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Got a good nights sleep. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only complaint: couldn't control the thermostat. It kept coming on periodically while I wanted it off.

The conditioner was full of water. The room air was very wet. The bedding and even our clothes got wet very fast. Me and my wife got sick very bad. This is not a property that should be offered by Expedia

The beds were super comfortable - the perfect blend of firm and soft. I have a bad back so that is a deciding factor of whether I'll stay at a hotel.

The staff was great, the rooms were ok. Water didn’t turn cold, the pool was disgusting and after speaking with staff several tomes my family was not able to swim our entire time there.

The staff was very kind, the rooms were super clean, the shower was amazing with great water pressure, the beds were comfortable with a nice clean smell, the parking lot was super well lit. We stayed here due to a last minute circumstance and it was perfect and the price was very good too! There is a mall not too far away and an TJ Max walkable across the street. I would definitely stay here again!

My room smelled so badly I could barely sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel. My husband and I had the king bed with a convertible couch in our room along with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would mention is if you need to check in early, call ahead of time so you don’t wait (We waited for 2 hours for the room to be cleaned after arriving).

As we were showering the tub filled with water. The knob was pulled up and twisted and the water level was right at my knees. That was a very disappointing experience, had to figure out a different way to clean the lower part of my body. Also, in the bathroom right above the sink was visible rust, which was an eye sore for me. Hampton Inn property usually always has me ready for my next stay. After, this stay not so much.
I don’t have to be refunded but I would like for my next Hampton Inn stay to be free and the for management to go inspect the room and bathroom to make sure its suitable for guest. For the hassle and upgrade stay would be great. I do have pictures. The parking was horrible. Location was great.

This place was great. The king size bed was everything but my favorite part was the shower. Hotel shower water pressure is out of this world 😂💪

First room they assigned us had an inoperative fridge(318) and wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

The staff was wonderful but it needed some TLC I chose this stay thinking the place had an indoor pool for my granddaughter all Hampton inns I have ever stayed at does but the pool was outside and not open I probably won’t be back
