Was not curtains on the window the light came and was dificult to stay a sleep . Water pressure was very low on the shower. Breakfast location was very crowded and not enough seating avaliable. Food run out pretty quick .

The hallway carpets and rooms smelt really bad! They really need better cleaning and maintenance staff. The pullout couch in my room looked as it is was never made up from previous stays. Only positive was location of the property.

My stay was not a pleasant one infact it was a very trying situation for me and my family.
The room as in the carpet, drapes and the air condition was very dusty, my sinus acted badly. Everyday I woke up with nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing like crazy. My daughter and husband both got nasal congestion.
I had to run out and get medication it was horrible. Once we were out we were OK but as we enter the room sneezing and congestion.
Who is compensating me for my medical expenses?
I should get a full refund from you all. Seriously,. I await a response on this review.

The staff was friendly. Hotel cleanliness was ok but not great. The lobby was a bit warm and humid but my room was cool, also very spacious. Breakfast time was crowded for the space, but can’t complain. The price was great. In general, it was an ok stay.

The property charged my card for the deposit without notifying or informing me. Furthermore, they accused me of smoking, even though I do not smoke at all. This experience reflects extremely poor service. Being charged without authorization is unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We were assigned to the first floor, and the room was tidy. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay due to maintenance.

This hotel was stay was not my best simply because the pool was not available for use and the breakfast was horrible it was the same food choice for the whole week, the chicken balls smelled horrible and that was the only meat served it was terrible, the powdered eggs were just has terrible. The one great thing about this location was that there were plenty of stores around that were extremely close.

Very dirty, the costumer service was not very helpful. I forgot my Apple Watch in the room and they denied it being there until I said I’d call the police because my phone tracked the watch to being in the same room and they acted like it was there the whole time .
