Simple operation of shower water tap

Dirty rooms with sheets with hair on them, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty when we arrived, the coffee area is terrible when the hotel has good turnover, the food replenishment takes a long time. I do not recommend it for families, it may be good for business

Rooms are updated and bed was confortable, breakfast was very basic and average. Mostly there was a cockroach crawling up the wall in the morning and I put it in a cup and got a refund. GROSS

Overall very good and satisfied

The check in was a little slow as it was only one person on the front desk and she was tied up on it telephone call for almost 15 minutes. Once we got to our room we were very pleased with it as it was newly renovated. The breakfast in the morning was subpar.

We were impressed with the walk in shower in our room . It was great having.just recovering from spine surgery. The kng size bed was very comfortable. The.room.was clean and spacious The breakfast area was small and at 9 am there was.a waiting line for a table I would have Management be more prmpt with the process of processing the security deposit when checking out

Check in was at 3:00 pm, arrived at 3:30 and was told room was not ready. Asked if had just booked, no i replied, i booked months ago lol. Was sorted after a short time, reception gentleman was nice though. Room had leaky shower with water squirting all over, i wrapped a facecloth around it, was not the end of the world. Location is good, room was clean , that’s most important to us. I would stay again,

Very comfy room. Good TV. Great staff. Could park our car there while we went in a 5 day Cruise. Close to shopping, restaurants. Great coffee with hot breakfast.

Good

This hotel has been renovated. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. There is no tub just a big shower with lots of room. The bed is comfortable. Sue at the front desk is a great person and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It was a quick stay at the comfort inn and everything was fine. The lobby is small and the dining area as well.

It was cost effective and great value. Breakfast was quick and easy. Easy drive to RMC to see my son for his birthday

Good place to stay

We booked our stay with Hotels.com and when the price dropped, I called and was told I could cancel and rebook at the cheaper price. However the morning of checking in, we got charged for both bookings. The hotel told us it was non refundable and they wouldn’t honour the refund. I even spoke with the manager and she was very adamant about it. I called Hotels.com and they said we are entitled to the refund and they would honour it. I then called the hotel customer service to see if they would address our concerns and they said no and we told them we were even put in the wrong room. It ruined some of our vacation because I spent far too much time on the phone. The next morning, the hotel decided to refund us the first booking. The entire situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel followed Hotels.com policy. The room was spotless. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The first morning, the food was so terrible, the bacon was sitting in a pool of grease, for example. The next morning, the person from the kitchen told me they had been waiting for their food order to arrive. It was so aggravating.

Quiet and calm property. Convenient location next to Outlet stores and restaurant establishments. Breakfast was included. However, the breakfast room area was too small and crowded for the volume of guests that showed up and had to wait in line for food and to be seated.

It suited our requirements for an overnight stay. Thank you
