I have stayed here many times, but the condition of this room was the worst of any I have stayed in here. The sink is peeling, the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, the carpet is massively stained, and the security latch was gone off the wall. Breakfast used to have warm options like sausage and eggs, but it doesn't anymore. If you're looking for a cheap stay, it's ok, but the condition just keeps deteriorating.

This is our fifth time staying here this fall. We come to watch our favorite college football team play. We’ve made a fun weekend with every game. This hotel is convenient and affordable.

Went down for a family wedding and was close to everywhere we needed to be. Room was beautiful and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably. Even had Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom for extra luxury!

Very old ran down and dirty. The pictures make it look up dated and clean. The drawers were full of crumbs and hair. The overall room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Wouldn’t suggest staying here. I won’t do it ever again!

We regularly travel through Provo. We've stayed here several times, & will stay here again. This hotel is conveniently located, a lot of dining options nearby. We always get an accessible room, with a walk in shower. The rooms are clean, & the beds are very comfortable.

Our overall stay was good. The location is great, it's really in the middle of everything, the access is great, parking lot is close. The area is good, feels very safe. The hotel rooms are on the outdated side. Brown carpet, the overall smell is not great, the room is a little dark. The mattresses didn't seem bad at first, but we woke up with back aches in the morning. It's a good option if you want to stay close to BYU at a decent price, but know the hotel is outdated.

The breakfast was excellent, with many choices. Front desk attendants were quick and courteous and quickly gave another key when I locked myself out of my room. Very quiet rooms.

Fantastic price and convenience. Close to freeway exit and bonus the property backs onto the greenbelt so there's green space for kids and just a pleasant saunter.

There was a blood stain on the sheets. Washroom was oudated. Only one bar soap to share for showerand hand washing. I specifically booked hotel because it said it has EV charger but at the hotel they said they dont have it. Worse experience than 1 star hotels.

This place is in a quiet nook sequestered from the noise on the street. I've stayed here often. It's clean and the beds are comfortable, but its a bit run down and some of the furniture pieces are beat up. I don't mind, the basics are met and the price is usually reasonable. The man at the desk is friendly and attentive.

Impressesd with the cleaning and maid service. They did a thorough job. The place is a little outdated, but I'm ok with that. They need to invest in maintenance of the place. Carpets had stains on them, faucet sink wasnt working properly. Free breakfast wasn't consistent either.

They stole money from us, said we smoked in the room and did not, they will not provide photo evidence. Very rude front desk person swore at me then hung up.

This motel is conveniently located near a river with a lovely walking path, and across the street from an area with several dining options. While the property has been updated, the rooms are a little worn and need some work, especially in the bathrooms. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

• Location. Excellent for BYU walking access, quick drive to downtown Provo. 25 minutes drive to Sundance.
• Literally on the gorgeous Provo River pathway system for walking and cycling.
• Abundant free parking.
• Mountain view from my room.
• Great WiFi.
• Price. Affordable for my budget.
Cons:
• Old and tired property. Stuck in 1985.
• Super noisy a/c unit in my room.
• Springy bed, just ok.
• Worn bathroom fixtures.
• Filthy windows.

Old hotel, room mini fridge was old and barely cold, tv could be replaced, but room was clean and spacious. Got the hot tub suite. Hot tub took 30 min to fill up halfway with hot water at a trickle...disappointed with that since why i got it...super fast internet down/up over 100megs each way.

Crappy service. I was exhausted while traveling with my teen. Booked the room at 2 am. They wouldn’t let me check in on that reservation, and made me pay for another room, they’re playing games between me and hotels.common refunding my money. They say I have to call hotels.com. They tell hotels.com I have to request the refund. The hotel says they’ll process the refund as soon as hotels.com refunds it. Front desk clerk was rude and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence on the phone.

The staff and place was nice however we had lots of items that were broken and not properly fixed. And the hot water for our last shower was stuck on hot with no cold water available. It was torture taking a shower or just trying my best to get the soap off.
I had high hopes for this place but tbh due to the amount of broken necessities I had to give this stay 2 stars.

After riding 687 miles in one day I was looking forward to a nice quiet room. I got the quiet but the room was in poor condition with the shower rod pulled down and away from the wall mounts, the carpet had what looked like a milk stain in front of the refrigerator. I was too tired to make a fuss so decided to let the staff know at checkout. The front desk person simply said “I’ll let them know”. Nothing beyond that or even an offer to make things better if I stayed at a future date. Very disappointed
