There was a blood stain on the sheets. Washroom was oudated. Only one bar soap to share for showerand hand washing. I specifically booked hotel because it said it has EV charger but at the hotel they said they dont have it. Worse experience than 1 star hotels.

The motel let us check in early, thank you. We had some family meetings and such, we would not have been able to check in until much later. Again thank you

Sheets and towels clean. Walls,doors handles, grout is dirty, btub shower was barely hanging on.together with caulking.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was very clear

only saw front desk person when i checked in never again. out of coffee even in morning. when i checked in he didnt go over pool hours or breakfast

Excellent for BYU walking access, quick drive to downtown Provo. 25 minutes drive to Sundance. • Literally on the gorgeous Provo River pathway system for walking and cycling. • Abundant free parking. • Mountain view from my room. • Great WiFi. • Price. Affordable for my budget. Cons: • Old and tired property. Stuck in 1985. • Super noisy a/c unit in my room. • Springy bed, just ok. • Worn bathroom fixtures. • Filthy windows.

This motel is conveniently located near a river with a lovely walking path, and across the street from an area with several dining options. While the property has been updated, the rooms are a little worn and need some work, especially in the bathrooms. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

Dirty blankets and rooms

Crappy service. I was exhausted while traveling with my teen. Booked the room at 2 am. They wouldn’t let me check in on that reservation, and made me pay for another room, they’re playing games between me and hotels.common refunding my money. They say I have to call hotels.com. They tell hotels.com I have to request the refund. The hotel says they’ll process the refund as soon as hotels.com refunds it. Front desk clerk was rude and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence on the phone.

Old hotel, room mini fridge was old and barely cold, tv could be replaced, but room was clean and spacious. Got the hot tub suite. Hot tub took 30 min to fill up halfway with hot water at a trickle...disappointed with that since why i got it...super fast internet down/up over 100megs each way.

One queen bed mattress box spring was broke. Every time my you changed sides it sounded like the bed was breaking

My family had a great stay, the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was just what we needed. Great location as well, right next to the college and the mountains.

The staff and place was nice however we had lots of items that were broken and not properly fixed. And the hot water for our last shower was stuck on hot with no cold water available. It was torture taking a shower or just trying my best to get the soap off. I had high hopes for this place but tbh due to the amount of broken necessities I had to give this stay 2 stars.

After riding 687 miles in one day I was looking forward to a nice quiet room. I got the quiet but the room was in poor condition with the shower rod pulled down and away from the wall mounts, the carpet had what looked like a milk stain in front of the refrigerator. I was too tired to make a fuss so decided to let the staff know at checkout. The front desk person simply said “I’ll let them know”. Nothing beyond that or even an offer to make things better if I stayed at a future date. Very disappointed

In a word, filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned. Remains of.. whatever in the toilet. Hair on floor, in sink and in tub. Food stains (I think) on bathroom door and wall. Cannot say a single good thing about this place.

Quick and efficient checkin. No problems with the room. It is comfortable looking and seems clean and well kept.

Very old place/ beautiful area. Everything was old and run down. Empty unplugged vending machines- non working ice machine. Could use a major upgrade all around. There was a cat or something in a hallway or somewhere that we found hear meowing alllll night long.

The room had broken tiles and the grout was coming up when walked on. The chairs were so filthy there were parts that were black. The rug also looked filthy. We had a king size bed that came with four small square pillows.The fitted sheet was on inside out. A friend stayed here a year ago and recommended it. We must have received the last room available since we did not arrive until late in the night. I would not stay here.

I booked the night of our wedding they would not let me extend my checkout 1 hour the room was not clean the pillows are small squares I called for more they said they would put a ticket in and I never received them and I called them an hour later no answer less than thrilled and on my wedding night to top it off

We were very happy with this hotel. I cannot understand the low ratings that is shown on Hotels.com the Baymont. It deserves a much higher rating.

Got here and again the non educated lady!!! Was acusing me of some illegal nasty stuff!!!! Review on… days inn in Provo Management treat people worse then animals got called names today when I was helping a friend get a room! Well I’m taking them to court soon for defamation!!!! Everything that they say about me got record!!!!! And they will have to prove!!!!! Serious things let alone that when I got to my other hotel after they accept this crazy lady that was spreading lies about me gave them a bag found a bunch of illegal D and bottles inside my. Stuff!!!! Again I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I’m a high risk!!!! Please you guys are loosing businesss because of this management the so called manager has 0 again 0 education!!! Is rude low class what y’all doing? No wonder it’s the cheapest hotel in Provo even tho you guys have great potential!!! But management is lacking !!! And again today I record alll the defamation and names I got called!!! And I will see you guys in court !!!!! Everything you say you guys will have to prove!!! Terrible management all of this because I gave my honest review about the bed bugs that was eating me alive !!! Stay away the hotel is nice but management will treat you worse then an animal 0000000 class to say the least I’m embarrassed for her !!!! Everyone complains about management ! Shame! Curtains were torn and mostly off the rod. The front desk clerk was rude. Would never stay there again.

Pretty worn out carpet, bathroom door wouldnt stay closed. But beds were comfortable
