The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean but dated. Its the type of hotel that when you walk out your room your outside.

Overall the stay was great. However 2 things did get me. 1) The bed was not very comfortable as it was well worn. 2) I requested a wake up call which was never done.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and working! The bed was comfortable. We slept very well. The breakfast was very good. I had biscuit and gravy and the biscuits were soft and flavourful. Usually at motels they are like cardboard. I will definitely stay here the next time I get to Vicksburg.

Check-in and check-out were wonderful. The lady who cleaned our room 210 was lovely. We rested well, and the breakfast was good. We had a nice stay and will remember this Best Western should we be needing lodging in Vicksburg at some future point.

It seems like a pretty old facility. My room looked clean but I did not like the way it smelled. Not sure if it was just the musk of the room or the cleaning material used to clean it but the room did not smell fresh. Power was out at checkin and nothing worked for almost 2 hours so they don't have a back up generator for such emergencies. I did ask for a refund but was told by the front desk clerk that she's not authorized to do so & I'd have to wait 2 days until Monday to speak to the manager. Although I don't know if I'll be given a refund, I found better accommodations elsewhere.

Clean place to stay in vicksburg. A little outdated but you're in vicksburg. Clean room, friendly service. It is motel style with doors facing the parking lot but felt safe there. Great for the price and one of the better options in vicksburg.

I had read other reviews and thought this would be a good place to stay. It wasn't. When we first checked in our shower in the bathroom had no hot water, so they moved us and we had to carry everything quite a way to a new room where tv didn't work and then the refrigerator and microwave stopped working. When you mentioned these things to staff, they act as though they couldn't care less. They already got your money and unless you want to sleep in your car, you're going to stay in the hotel room. So much for putting paying guests first.

Nice location off of the interstate. Front desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Motel could use some upgrades (install an EV charging station), and the rooms could be a little bit cleaner. I’m grossed out if I see a previous occupants hair in the bathroom and I did.

A/C was powerful and that’s what we needed on a muggy night. Room is average and there was a fishing tournament in town so the place was packed. Casinos are close by and there are several dining options too.

A/C didn’t work in first room and the desk quickly changed us to room next door. Room was hot so we drove around for an hour. Very hot in room until nearly bedtime. But in all fairness, we booked the room right before we got there and they might turn a/c on if they know you are coming. It was a little musty smelling at first, but everything else worked well. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Eggs and sausage were better, and they had butter instead of “spread”. We were within minutes of the historic area and the cemetery/ battlefield entrance.

Checked in after 3pm... selected the pay at the hotel option. When traveling i tend to turn my cards off bc last year my identity was stolen. So i has missed call from the hotel stating they were going to cancel my reservation due to the card being declined... i was under the inpression i would not be charged until i checked.
The bathroom shower had hair in soap holder.
The tv kept shutting off fuzzy reception at times
In a no smoking room but the ac kept blowing smoke in the room.
We tookbour kids to the pool was nice, until we got in and about 20 min in our skin was itching and burning due to strong pool chemicals.
