We were happy at how nice everything looks. But we’re sad to find out the rooms are not able to be climate controlled normally. The first night there was extremely hot. So in the morning we had our balcony door open and within minutes, the maintenance guy showed up and told us we needed to close our door per the manager. He explained that the heating and cooling is very old in the building. So he changed it over to fan only and it was still way too hot for our second night.
On a positive note, we chose to stay at Embassy suites because of how amazing the breakfast is. They did not disappoint. All of the people working there were so kind to us and our children.

It was an amazing stay but some people need to get ahold of their kids because they were knocking on my door and running.

We stayed one night for my daughter's 9th birthday. We had a great time, and she and my niece thought it was the best hotel they had ever stayed in (they have stayed in several hotels.) One gave it a 6,000 out of 6,000, and the other gave it infinity out of infinity. LOL. They particularly enjoyed the pool, breakfast, the balcony, the room overall, and liked being able to see out of the elevators.
I enjoyed all of those things as well, particularly the room, which was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was nice, as we were on the back side of the hotel and could see the pond behind it. Breakfast was nice as well (the personalized omelette station was a hit with us all.) And happy hour in the evening was also a nice touch.
The staff was helpful and professional, and parking was plentiful and convenient. Also the hotel is located in an area close to multiple dining and shopping options.
The pool was great for the girls; they had a lot of fun, even though it was fairly busy while we were there, and could be pretty loud with lots of kids. If one had sensitive ears, they may consider earplugs.
Overall we had a fantastic time, and would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was great! The rooms were ice cold and we could not warm them up. We ended up sleeping with window open to get some heat in the room. Bring blankets:)

Rooms need an update. Our carpet was worn and torn. Stains in shower and bathroom tiles cracked. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like we was given the wrong key and had to return to the service desk and the room had a weird smell to it.

i am going to come off on the bads first....the beds were so uncomfortable....hard as a rock....i called and asked about the pool if it was heated or not and was told that is was. i couldn't get in it because it was so cold. i have a 6 month old and was looking forward to swimming with him but couldn't. as far as the room there were no trash bins in there. so we had to ask housekeeping for a trash bag to be sure we kept our room clean. the staff was super except for the breakfast crew. my lord were they ever so rude.

I had trouble trying to get room service and then it took forever.

Although appreciative of the roll in shower, water gets all over the floor. The sprayer faces outward and the shower curtain is not floor length. The building is surface clean, meaning, it looks clean but it is not. Initially only one out of four elevators was operable. Another was available later and then back down to one. There were three in operation by Friday but they all are fairly slow.

Breakfast was free and typical of hotels. The made to order omelettes were quite good. I left a small crumb on the bedside table. Next day it was crawling with ants. Slow elevators with long wait times. Maid service forgot to leave us towels so we had to call for those. Garbage emptying in our room was spotty. The king bed in our room was very comfortable but the pullout couch left much to be desired.

Nice hotel from the outside and like the option of two spaces but bathroom is extremely small for the overall space of the room. The desk associate was extremely rude when we tried to see if we could get an early check in and then half the time the front desk wasn’t staffed if you needed to ask a question while in the lobby. We had ants in our room but they were quickly taken care of. For price of hotel, I’d stay somewhere else.

The hotel was a good facility. Second day the conditioner was torn from wall of shower and we had water in the bathroom floor. Not sure what occurred when the room was cleaned but felt they should’ve cleaned that up. Other than that no complaints and would stay there again.

This was the most unaccommodating hotel we have ever stayed at. Would not allow us to pay for either an early check in or late check out. Front desk lady was probably the rudest person I have interacted with in a long time. We will clearly never stay at this franchise again.

I made reservations 4 months ago .. I traveled 2,000 miles, got my rental car and drove 25 miles to the property. As I entered the parking lot I got a call from the front desk telling me they had no room for me.
They offered no assistance in finding another room. Their only remark was that I would not be charged.
Really .. how nice of them.
I'll never go to another Embassy Suite ..

The pool was not open until later that day. We came especially for the pool to swim with our grandkids. No clock in the room, half the lights didn't work, ice machine was down. Usually its our favorite place to stay.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The couch had stains on it. The ceiling over the tub had hair and grease. The brown blanket that came in the closet had purple and red stains on it. There was mold around the tub caulking and the floor trim had water stains over them. If i got to the room sooner the midnight i probably would have asked to be moved but i didnt see all the things until the morning. I dont usually complain to much, but you guys need to do better. There where other issues with the Maintenance, but if you stay in room 502 please be aware.

Horrible considering it was $360 for a night …the room was dirty definitely not a well maintained hotel for the price. It was super hot in our room and the air would not cool so we sweated all night long. Would not recommend to stay here!
