We had stayed here before and had a great experience so we decided to come back, unfortunately from the second we got there we regretted our decision. We got in late and were so tire to find no one at the reception for at least 15 minutes. No apology or anything, he said he was in the bathroom. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find only yogurt, cereal but no milk. It was a complete let down and different experience from what we were used to. The elevator was filthy the whole time we were there.

Service was not good, we were asked to pay a $200.00 cash deposit, because their system was down. When we checked out in the morning they sent someone to our room to check it before they would give us our money back.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my stay at Comfort Inn Cordelia and formally request a full refund due to multiple issues.
Upon check-in, my first room smelled heavily of cigarette and cigar smoke, which posed a health risk due to my condition. After requesting a change, the second room was worse, with a severe bug infestation—bugs were on the beds, bathroom, desks, and ceilings. The sheets were also unclean, adding to the unsanitary conditions.
This violates California’s consumer protection laws, as the hotel failed to provide safe, habitable accommodations. The bug infestation and dirty environment breached the implied warranty of habitability, and the conditions violated health and safety codes related to pest control.
Given these issues, I request a full refund. I hope this can be resolved quickly to avoid escalation to health authorities and consumer protection agencies.

We stayed for one night and upon waking up in the morning, the whole room was covered in ants. The ceiling, bed, walls and dresser had ants crawling all over. We wanted to clean the ants off of us so I put my daughter in the shower. Initially the water temperature was appropriate for her, then suddenly it turned scorching hot and then within seconds it went to freezing cold, then back to scorching. We hadn’t touched the temperature knob at all. It continued to go from hot to cold and would not regulate. My daughter got burned from the water temperature on her back.
I went to the front desk and explained that we had multiple ants in the room and the water temperatures were constantly changing. The front desk told me to “respond to the email review to report my concerns”. It felt like I was completely brushed off. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone after this experience.

I read ALOT of reviews about this property and others and was hopeful about Comfort Inn. I have to say, that I was very pleased. It was easy to find. I felt safe to walk around to the different restaurants at night. My son and i enjoyed the pool and even the breakfast was decent and included! I love taking my kid.to six flags but hotels in vallejo are getting bad or expensive. I think we found our new place

This is the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in.sparkless. I gave it the white gloves test.
"Nothing " The room is ave size,but comfortable. Refrigerator and a small microwave are included. The front desk staffs are all very friendly and relly made me feel special. I am very satisfied with my stay...

Smoke detector in my room was covered in plastic, spider webs all over railings, swimming pool was dirty and the filter was not running. All chairs including the lobby, my room and dining area were dirty and filthy. The only clean place to sit was my bed.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inn properties and fir my southern California worknstays, they are my preferred chain based on features in my (company) budget. This one however fell short, and really i dont look for much from a work place hotel.
Pro location close to easy on/off freeway, gas, coffe, and many quick eatieries if that is your thing. Staff was pleasant. Lots of outlets and charging ports in room, mini fridge and microwave in room.
Cons, very stained carpets in halls and rooms, furniture and walls in disrepair, holes around pipes and bathroom fixtures (this can harbor pests) fitness center has one extremely old stationary bike, a treadmill, and a broken weight machine. Water dispenser empty, no cups or towels or wipes. Breakfast options extremely limited (4 slices of bread, grape jelly, butter, yoplait yogurt, bruised apples, cereal, and a waffle maker) coffee and juice.

We liked the Comfort Inn Cordelia/Fairfield. It was a good location to Napa, easy to get to from the freeway and has many restaurant options in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had called the day before and let them know we’d arrive a little late on our check-in date and requested a room on the top floor. The person at the front desk remembered I had called and gave me exactly what I had requested. Room was comfortable & clean. The only improvements I see that are needed would be the window coverings and in the bathroom. Fixtures are old & the sink backed up. Shower/tub enclosure could use updating/remodel as well. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient hotel for a quick trip.

Stayed three nights while attending BottlRock this year. The hotel was convenient, easy access to freeway, restaurants and stores. The room was clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Check-in was great & staff was friendly. Breakfast room was clean & food was ok, not a huge selection but better than continental. Elevator & hallways were filthy & smelt like rotting food. Room smelled clean & on first glance looked clean, but nothing was actually very clean. Bathroom run down, particularly the shower where they had tried painting the tile to “clean up” & refresh but it was peeling & my 10yo daughter was afraid to shower because she thought it was dirty & there were cracking tiles around the faucet with tons of caulking holding it together. Beds were fairly comfortable & sheets were clean. When we parked there was an employee sitting in their car smoking marijuana & the smell was horrendous & my kids kept asking if we had hit a skunk. We’ve stayed at a hotel just a few down before so we know the area, but this time it felt very sketchy. Will not be staying here again!
