Location fine. Room what I expected.
Extreme cost for breakfast for what I paid for the room. What happened to the contintental brerakfast?

Staff was welcoming. The room was well appointed. The hotel has excellent positioning. The breakfast was wonderful and accommodated none meat eaters.

Bed comfortable, tv worked, fridge and microwave in room.
First room had broken handle on toilet, phone unplugged and uncharged, paper thin walls so I could hear every word and profanity from guest next door during a very long phone call on speaker phone. I contacted front desk, no change. Asked to move or get refund. Moved to higher floor facing Highway noise. Very noisy.

They had an event going we think a wedding. There was almost no parking. We had to park behind the shopping center in the additional parking which was sketchy. At about 1030pm I called the front desk to ask when the music was going to stop so we could sleep. They said midnight. Great if you're there to party but not for travel and trying to get sleep. Then at 8am I hear a knock on the door and it’s the maid seeing if we are there. What’s the point of having those door hangers if their own staff don’t follow them.

The staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well laid out. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but there was only one waitperson, so the service was very slow.
More staff in the restaurant.

The lobby was beautiful with different places to sit and enjoy your time.
I had to ask for things and then either didn’t get as promised or had to go to top management to work out a slight problem Management was exceptional!!
