I booked this hotel for a small family trip and it was pretty great (: pool was clean and 24 hours alone with the gym. Breakfast included. Room was really clean and comfortable. No complaints and price was great💙

There was a huge pet spider in one of the rooms and the room they moved us to had some liquid dried all over the bathroom door. The sheets were wrinkled and it looked like someone had slept in them the same day

My Family had stayed before at the Hampton Inn Idaho Falls a few years ago and had such a great stay that we decided to book here again for a night as we were on a summer road trip holiday. Shannon was fantastic in getting us checked into our two rooms and after a quick few minutes of paperwork we were finished and enjoyed the complimentary fresh baked cookies which were always delicious! Our rooms were very clean and modern and the beds and linen were super comfortable for an excellent sleep. The hotel also had a mini gym, a large pool and a hot tub which were all available for use 24 hours a day. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as always and on that morning there were tasty omelets, sausage patties, pancakes, waffles and all your traditional cereals along with milk, juice and coffee. Thank you very much to all the wonderful staff of Hampton Inn for your hardwork!

Clean and hassle free, bed too firm, which we typically have issue with at most hotels. Overall a good stay.

Outstanding staff - every interaction was super positive and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Everything was great but the check in was a little confusing. I said i would wait for the room i chose and was told that they had another room not sure if it was the same as what i paid for.

OK, everyone knows what to expect at a Hampton Inn (clean rooms, great pool and breakfast) but this one came with a free lite dinner (soup and salad) -- totally unexpected but such a treat!! Way to up your game Hampton Inn!!!

Hamptons always seem to have the nicest properties. Friendly staff. 24hr pool, hottub and gym facilities are also a plus.

I would stay again, alot of kids makin noise. Breakfast was below average

Bed was comfortable. You show a restaurant which is misleading as it is off premises and is a chain restaurant (Applebees). There is no bar in the hotel either.

Did not like the bathroom light switch being outside the bathroom. Sink area with light needs to be away from the sleeping area

The staff was very friendly and I loved that the glass door in the front had a friends quote on the door!

Not the best checkin experience, but ok. Really enjoyed the dinners in the breakfast room. Room was clean and nice amenities. Given it is in a windy area, coat hooks would be nice, but rarely do hotels have them 😩 I will stay here again.

Easy check in, convenient parking, clean, and a great breakfast. We had everything we needed for a great stay.
