It was a pretty rundown hotel with people working who didn’t seem to care much about anything

I picked this for the pelotons in the beautiful gym, but the room was amazing and clean and huge and comfortable. I wish i brought a bathbomb to use in the huge tub. The beds were comfortable, and the whole place was great!

Easy to get to from the Government Plaza metro station. Easily walkable to Target Field.

The staff were very quite friendly and helpful (despite the weird review I read on line??), they are definitely TEAM....the place and room very clean....enjoyed my evening night cap.

Clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom, no mildew! Room was comfortable, bed was very soft and comfortable. Will absolutely be staying here again.

We loved this hotel! It was a quick and short stay but I’ll certainly stay here again, a short walk to everything. The rooms were surprisingly clean, and I’m a hard one to impress being in hospitality myself. The bartender and bar food was something to be desired, however. Rude and the food was just plain gross. The check in process was flawless even tho I we arrived 1.5 hours before check in time. I was put in a quiet area and had no issues with our room at all. I just we asked for 2 extra pillows and another blanket and they were prompt and kind in delivery. I loved having a tub and separate shower. I truly enjoyed a deep bath soak after a long evening downtown. The lobby is a bit rundown but there are plenty of places private spaces to wait or relax. Valet did a wonderful job as well. I made sure to tip the fellas as they were careful with our vehicle and prompt for how busy the city was this weekend. All in all, as long as you don’t inconvenience the sleeping bartender at 4:30pm and order wings? You should be a happy guest!

All of the staff that we interacted with and/or who provided our service were excellent. The rooms are very nice. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was very clean and our room was awesome! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We could walk to restaurants, bars, games, concerts, etc. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property itself is gorgeous. I love that. It had a quieter vibe about it. The fitness center has an unusual assortment of equipment. It looks fantastic in pictures and has great cardio equipment, but I think it might be designed more for CrossFit?! Also, the TVs in the hotel rooms are very tricky to operate in terms of having access to many channels

Really enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Centric. Great and clean room. Would definitely satay there again.

The description said one bedroom suite as in separate room with bed in it. Upon arrival I was told they dont have any suites with separate bedrooms and the only resolution offered was a downgrade to a room with 2 queens

Great stay and comfortable rooms. Very close to ballpark, museums and Nicollet walking mall. Easy access to several restaurants. Friendly service and good value.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and personable and made our stay amazing. Our room was incredible and very clean. Definitely staying here every time we are in the cities!

The rooms were designed really well and the beds were so comfy! The staff was fantastic and the location was perfect since it’s walking distance from many amazing places. The price was much more reasonable compared to nearby places! We will definitely stay again!
