No issues, nice and clean room, quiet, it was perfect for one night before a flight.

We arrived late at this hotel. The heating in the room wasn't on, so it was freezing cold. The room took hours to heat up, so shivering in bed. The sink was also blocked.

Hotel is old, rooms are dated and the whole place needs refurbishment. That said, it is cheap, walking distance from the airport terminal and does the job for a one night stay before an early flight.

Chise because it had EV charging listed, but when i arrived i had to use the neighbouring hotels charger and pay for parking £30... Menu was extremely limited and microwaved ... Staff were very friendly, but unable to help. Rooms are dated...

On entry I didn’t know whether I was in a pub,breakfast bar o reception! The room was small and it had an odor. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, bath rusty,shower barely had any power -more of a dribble! The rooms are dated and haven’t had any TLC for years. Will not be returning again.

Having stayed here previously,I knew what expect.
The hotel offers a clean comfortable stay fir a reasonable price.
Breakfast was very good , although crockery wasn't cleared after tables were vacated.
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
The only negative aspect of my stay was a charge for parking which wasn't clearly stated when booking and not applied in other hotels within the brand that I have stayed in recently.

Good sized room and shower, very clean and comfortable, nice to have a good selection of TV programmes to watch before bedtime, delighted to have a window that opened to let me have some fresh air. Had a good sleep and great to be so close to the airport, would definitely recommend it. The girls at reception were very friendly, it's so nice to have a human being with a smile ☺

I have stayed with Ibis before and this one falls far beyond standard with cold rooms,dirty carpets. Shower had black possibly mould marks in the grouting. I did not feel i could voice my concerns as recptionistt seemed more interested in the computer giving no eye contact and,in fact little effort to lift her head. Very disappointed

Hotel was basic plus, which is what anyone should expect for such a fair price. For me it was just the ticket.after a long and stressful day travelling. I have worked in 5 star Dusseldorf hotels with less room facilities

The hotel was fine and I would stay here again if I had an early Luton flight. The walk from Luton terminal to the hotel is quite easy with a suitcase, paved and well lit all the way and even covered over against the rain for much of it. I was worried about walking back at 4am but there was no issues, there were lots of people around as the mid-term parking lot is across from the hotel, and it is all well lit and busy. My room was fine, a bit small but I didn't mind that. Staff were friendly, I slept fine.

Bar Area was very dirty. Room had mould and stains on the carpet and smelled. Tried to get food and told they weren’t taking orders for 30 mins. Went back 39 mins later only ti be told the kitchen was closed!!!

The hotel only gives each person one pillow, the plug ins are far from the bed, shower is not ideal either and the drain had a difficult time to drain. Ok for one night before a flight but expensive for what you get.
