Arrived at 2:30am and Tiffany at the front desk would not let us in our room. She talked over me the entire time. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. We had to go to a different hotel because "the system" wouldnt let her give us our room even though i paid for it.

I stay here all the time when Im in Bristol Va Its nice room, clean, and affordable

Well located for our purposes. (NASCAR race). Quiet hotel, other than road noise which is no worse than a lot of other places, but never heard neighbors. Good hot water, adequate water pressure. Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Facility was clean but worn. Good parking. Pillows are a joke. Bring your own shampoo, etc. "Grab and go" breakfast a disappointment - just individually wrapped small muffins and bars. Seems to be kids/families living there and school bus comes and picks them up for school. Not sure what that is about. No housekeeping to our room for the 6 days we were there. Was there supposed to be? Did we have to ask? Shouldn't that have been clarified at check in or at reservation time?

We walked up the outside stairwell and someone went the bathroom in there. It smelled like urine. Walked into the room and the first thing noticed a disgusting, nasty, dirty chair I would not sit on. There ws a rolling office chair there too that had the leather torn off of it. We did not put items on that either. The tv didn't work the first night. They couldn't fix it so had to wait till next day for maintenance. The refrigerator stopped working after 2 days. The faucet in tub always leaked, the bathroom sink would drain so slow it was constantly full. The beds were clean and the floors clean. A fee if you wanted your room cleaned. It was cheap. The service at front was very nice. The investors who bought this hotel needs to do regular maintenance. It shows they dont care to keep it up. I would od submitted pictures, but the app wouldnt let me. We tried to make the best of it, but in the end it wasn't worth trying to save money.

Staff was very friendly. They let us check in early so that we could get to the race in a timely manner. Property was also very clean.

We had a very nice room only complaint I was bathroom was a little small but everything was clean and sanitary. Staff was fantastic

I was in a first floor 2-bed room for 1 night. Everything in the room was dingy looking or poorly painted over. Spiderwebs and sand in corners, floor dirty when wiped, ALL the towels had an unacceptable amount of hair or other things attached. I used a clean shirt for a towel... Curtains didn't go all the way to below the window on one side. I removed a cricket from the room. Noise travels. Bed was clean and locks were secure or else I would not have stayed. Staff was nice. Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere else.

Great value for the price! Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Sandra. Loved the pool and kitchenette!

Tv remote didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, AC worked intermittently. Stove top didn’t work, trash was all over the breezeways, staff sometimes seemed bothered when asked for extra towels or anything else.

Was dirty

Our floors were filthy, the bathtub still had hair in it. Our towels were dirty.

We stayed there for 1 night, and it was very dirty. Our feet were black from walking on that floor. The tub faucet was dripping all night. We did like the full size fridge, but the breakfast was horrible. We ended up getting breakfast from the ihop down the street.

Not sure how deep supplies are for kitchen supplies but if a longer term stay, they try to accommodate requests.

The staff is very friendly. Everything a/c and utilities were all operational.

Not paying attention to detail. Lack of concern.

Has recliner, a bit more expensive than we would have liked.

Dirty, old, cigarettes smell throughout the room and linens! Disgusting do not waste your money keep driving. Breakfast is a wrapped muffin or granola bar. Coffee was the only beverage too!

Accommodation of special needs

When we arrived after check in, our room hadnt been cleaned at all. They didnt have maids to clean so we had to change our own sheets and clean the bathroom. The hot water went out our first night there. We were only there 2 days. The pool was also dirty. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, but seemed over welmed with the lack of staff. We wont be back.

This renovated hotel has hardwood floors and small kitchens in each room, making it a convenient option for longer stays. It’s economical and no-frills, but the beds are comfortable, the shower great, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch. The front desk person was awesome and really seemed to care that I had what I needed. Plates, a toaster, and pots and pans can be borrowed if you want to fully use the kitchen. But there’s a good selection of restaurants nearby, too.

This is not a typical Extended Stay. People live here. Like chairs in front of doors, people hanging out in the parking lot. Everywhere smells of cigarette smoke terribly. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and bleach. It was a far cry from a non- smoking room. Requested refund but haven't heard anything from Extended Stay.

Damp, moldy, water damaged ceilings and floors, and the permanent stench of cigarette smoke. Unless you want to get sick and get no sleep, don’t stay here. Property clearly has decades worth of deferred maintenance. Avoid at all cost.

We usually stay here when me and my husband are either dropping off or picking up my daughter from her dad and we usually have a nice room but this time was the worst after all the other stays nothing worked except the fridge and tv, you can tell they didn’t clean cuz you tell where a dog pooped in the room cuz it was smeared into the floor and dirty towels still in the room our first room we were gonna get smelled like weed and this one was worse

There needs to be sitting outside!

The place was basic and fairly comfortable. The so called breakfast is not a breakfast. It's a grab a muffin and a coffee and leave. No sitting area and not much choice.

It's a nice place to stay, but there are some shady people that hang out there. We've stayed there before and there is always police coming there during the night.

Floors were dirty. No coffee maker in the room. No coffee in the lobby past 9:30 am.

Nice place to stay but the up kept on The outside with the leaking water from the air conditioning units and over filled trash cans outside the units made it dangerous for slipping in water and falling.
