We found several beetle-like bugs in the bathroom and a beer can underneath the bed. Brought it to the front desk’s attention and I was told that’s “how all of Minot is. There’s nothing we can do”.

This property is a bit of distance away from shopping and dinning options. The beds are not great, and it’s quite noisy. There are train tracks near by.

It was a business meeting. Overall the hotel is ok. It is not a luxury hotel but good for business or quick trips. The breakfast is ok nothing to brag about. Elevators need some work. Close to several bars and places to eat. Room and bathroom were ok

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are nice size, and the shower was great. The hotel needs new carpet, paint, and window treatments. There wasnt any lotion or body wash.
Also if you want a quiet night make sure there isn't anything going on at the fair grounds.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was a little run down but mostly average. Used the workout room. It was average and had everything i needed. The breakfast was nothing to be desired. The muffins were very stale. The sausage was good. I was there for business and the conference room was nice.

Decent price, decent overall quality. The po/hot tub was good the first night but the second one of the water slides wasn’t working and the hot tub hurt our eyes. The hot tub seemed to have an excess of chemicals, I lasted an about a minute before my eyes were watering and sore, it also had an explosion of foam. Overall was decent but pool/hot tub maintenance could be improved.

The room was clean and tidy. The entrance to the property was sketchy looking. Rather unkept. A good sweeping or power wash can make things look a lot more tidy at the doors-entrance. Breakfast was adequate, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage. Was a fair priced hotel for our overnight stop.

Overall we had a great stay at the Clarion. Joy made our experience superb! The shuttle has limited guaranteed hours but Joy worked with us and picked us up outside of the hours. She also gave us a lot of info about Minot and was so pleasant every time we saw her. The hotel is clearly older, but everything was clean. The hotel is attached to the Ground Round, so it was nice to just walk over after a day o flying. The food was good and they had a nice variety.

Property is ran down and depressing. The carpets are dirty and frayed, the elevators are dirty and smell like the morning after a frat party. The lady at the front desk could hardly be bothered to look up from her phone to check me in. I should have used my tent on my bike and saved $65

Hotel is a bit dated/old but is clean! The waterpark is amazing! Perfect for families with small kids! Breakfast was wonderful and well run and clean. Overall, very good value and the waterpark is a must! North Dakota State Fair grounds are right across the street if you are in town for that.

This hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and they offer a decent breakfast. Our children are all grown up now, but if they were younger Im sure they would’ve loved the pool, it looked pretty fun.
The only negative I have is that in the center of the hotel is a bar/ lounge area, which is great, but can be seen from all rooms as people come and go. When we were heading to our rooms there was 1 patron at the bar and the bartender watching a movie with so much profanity, and so loud. For the amount of families we saw with small children, it didn’t seem appropriate.

Checkin was quick & easy with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Layout of hotel was awesome with the center atrium. Free breakfast was excellent and very much appreciated. We felt like we got a great deal here, and would definitely stay again!

My family stayed at this profit two nights. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The toilet was hard to flush and the property was not near a populated area with various food options.

I wish places would let you know at Booking if the pool will be shut down during your stay. 7 nights with 3 grandkids and no pool area to play in. Otherwise, great place! Clean, comfortable, breakfast was great. Goid value for the money.

This property is in desperate need of an update. It survives on location alone. Carpets are torn everywhere, tiles are missing, walls are peeling and that's before you even get to a room. Elevator smelled like pee. Super 8 would have been nicer.

The building on the outside is lacking, the inside was nice . We get to our room on the 7th floor there was an extra space between the window and outside . One of the screens was missing ( not from our window the extra balcony thing you could not get on) there was a dead pigeon….. the live pigeons would get in the space flutter around by the air conditioner and sound like a b52 landing in our room !!!! Easy fix …. Remove dead pigeon replace screen

Very large hotel, was close to where we needed to be, beds were very comfy, everything worked well in the room, only down fall was the toilet was not flushed when we got into our room, which is nasty

Room was service level clean. Definitely needs a deep clean. Toilet didn’t want to flush. Pool was fine, just really loud. Staff was very accommodating. We wanted conjoined rooms but they couldn’t help us with that even though there were rooms available. Would stay again, but hopefully they do a deep clean before next time!
