This hotel stay in one word crap. The beds were like foam rub out of a box comfort. Bedframe was plywood and 2 by 4s a table in the room had f. U. Craved in them. The toilet barely flushed at all. If i didnt have the hotels address i wouldnt if no where i was. Just a crappy stay. I would not recommond this hotel to no one. Want to post a pic of the table but it is offeensive to most people. I nevered reported the problems because they were more interested charging a deposit for a key and had to be reminded to give the deposit back. Crap stay stay away.

The only I didn’t like about in my room was I had to wait 20 minutes for the shower water to get hot.

I didn’t have enough covers on my bed and i kept hearing knocking or some type noise all night long it won’t stop

Adequate room for rate. There is no lobby due to COVID. Not sure that is an accurate reason for shutting down the lobby.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The rooms where not appealing at all. The hotel was very run down and needs to be remodeled or shut down. I reserved 3 King rooms and when I checked in none were available so we were given double beds for couples, the air conditioner was coming off the wall in one of the rooms and we had to be moved. Do not put your family there if you can help it!!! RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER HOTEL!

I waited almost an hour for somekne from front desk to tend to me. I called serveral times nobody answered. Room was ok. I thought it would be different.

Worst place ever.

The floor in the hotel room wasn't as clean as it has been in the past. Problems with the locks on the door...could not gain access using key card. However, the staff were service friendly.

The first room they put me in the carpet was dirty,so was the bathroom,I don’t usually leave reviews but this was terrible..after a long overnight drive I wanted to take a shower n it wasn’t working,lady asked me to wait till morning for the maintenance guy,I refused and she decided to put me in another room,this room was way better,didn’t seem to me like it was the same hotel...it seems like parts of the hotel are renovated.anyway...I’m an easy going guy but this was just a terrible experience

The hotel is clean with a great staff. The room is also very nice with nice amenities.

The keys didn’t work it took 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get in my room

Problem with checking in, they didn't have reservations had to wait 1hr for them to find it, room had roaches and they put me in room that smelled like smoke but was non smoking

The breakfast was a lot to be desire very little offered . The pool was closed on Memorial day weekend. That was the reason I BOOKED this hotel. You could not get to the ice machine or washer or dryer was blocked off with boards. The 2 night attended were very nice Ladies.

The check in was smooth. The instructions where my room was located was quite vague and I rode around the building to find it. The WiFi Service kept going out every 15 minutes. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work at all. The ironing board didn’t have a cover. I went to the office to get one and they gave me another ironing board. After one lady handed it to me the older lady said “bring it back.” The cleaning lady kept harassing me that check out is at 11 am as I was fully aware. When I’m in Atlanta again, I will not be staying here. My room was like $70+. I guess if I spend another $25-$50 I could have had a better experience (at another hotel).

THIS PLACE KEPT ME ANXIOUS. I checked in and the lady was very nice. The rooms were like the pictures except that you can hear everyone’s conversations through each wall. A homeless woman vigorously banged on my door at 3AM and I called the lobby (not knowing there isn’t security), and they thought I was joking. I had to call the police only to know she’s still around and about. A fight happened on the first floor and I heard it. Prostitution took place sometimes on the same floor I was. The beds were firm, and it makes wood look like a temperpedic. People stared me and my girlfriend down like hot meat. I tried to give this place a chance, but I’m not risking my life here again.

The room had not been cleaned. Fridge didn't work. Bugs in dresser drawer. No one cleaned room 2nd day of stay. Trash all over parking lot.

This place is horrible!!! I woke up with bites on my wrist and chest!! When I inspected the bed after itching horribly, I found bed bugs!!! They refused to give me my money back. This place is the absolute worst!!!

Had roaches in the room. Everywhere. While the lights were on. So they were very comfortable like we were invading their space. We were given a new room, which was definitely better. But once I see a roach crawling on top of the microwave, you automatically get a frowny face.

Customer services wasn’t bad, but my sheet had a whole in it no soap . I wasn’t crazy about the location being in a shopping center .

This is a party hotel, the smell was in the air! It was old and did not feel clean. Front desk check in was fine, but it was difficult hearing him through the plexiglass! There was a shopping cart parked outside of a door on the second floor, that is the kind of place it is.

Room was so dirty. Smelled so bad. Stains on the walls. There was a crack in the bathtub, water was draining in it. The bottom of the tub was all soft, unsafe. We slept in our jackets scared to use the sheets. Breakfast was nothing good. There was issues checking in. I asked our room be changed for our second night. We are athletes and need to soak in the tub. They gave us a new room.

Older hotel but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We were relocated here after a horrible experience with a more modern roach infested hotel.

This hotel provides an economical place to stay. The room and facilities are acceptable. The breakfast is lacking, but the hotel is located in an area close to many travelers needs.
