Hotel reception, bar and breakfast areas were good and the breakfast options were great. However the staff were not as attentive at Breakfast as expected in such a high standard hotel. The coffee machine was always being emptied of products and always running out of cups to use and it was difficult to access the additional items on the menu. The bar and restaurant food was very good and we enjoyed a lovely evening in the bar with family for drinks. The rooms were small but adequate, but could do with a little TLC regarding painting, renew the showers with a better performing shower. Cleaning staff of the room was excellent and ensured the room was cleaned regularly. The beds was very comfortable with great pillows and I enjoyed a good night sleep.

Really nice hotel. Excellent staff. We arrived early and they stored our luggage and we had a nice, reasonably priced, meal in the bar area.
We missed this on the site, but they do have a shuttle service from the airport for just 5 pound each (we ended up paying 29 pounds for a taxi)
Overall a great place to stay after a long flight.

One night stay just to catch early flight out of Gatwick. - Very convenient since it is the last stop on the airport shuttle bus (about 20 min ride). We could not have breakfast but the dinner menu was great..

Great hotel and great location for the airport. Great service and all good but ….. one thing ….. no plug sockets at the head of the bed. I use a CPAP machine which meant we had to trail cables across the room.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a club room. Very comfortable. Staff on checkin were very helpful.

Reception lady was very friendly and welcoming and was extremely helpful.our room was spacious and comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was a buffet which catered for all tastes a very nice start to our holiday. The shuttle bus was right outside to take us to the airport definitely use this hotel in future.

This is my go to hotel when flying from Gatwick, good facilities, friendly staff with good food at reasonable prices.

Highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay near Gatwick. All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean and well soundproofed (unless people were talking in the hallway)
The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful and I’d particularly single out Humani for helping us get checked in early when our early morning flight was suddenly cancelled.

Very tired and dated hotel in need of aome love and investment. Only stayed for one night due to an early flight but there are plenty of other options close to the hotel that are very nice. One thing to note is a 7 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport will cost £30. There are better and similar priced options closer

The hotel is advertised as ‘Gatwick airport’ but in fact, it’s about a 10-15 min drive to the airport. We did use the shuttle service on the morning we were flying out, but it was expensive from the station to the hotel itself. Room was comfortable.

Worth every penny. I purchased access to the lounge and i wish it was available longer than 2 hours because you get free snacks and drinks but everything else was amazing. The food was great and staff was friendly

Fantastic customer service from all staff. Friendly and welcoming throughout. Aditya on reception was brilliant in finding us alternative room when the room we booked was unsuitable.
